The RUDEST staff I have ever encountered at a DD. I love DD and always come. Sadly, this location is he closest to me. One women that works here seems like she is trying to be nice but is just flat out rude. I hate coming here but have to because it is so close.

The bagel I got was comparable to rubber. I had to actually use both hands to pull it from my teeth so I could take a bite out of it. The iced coffee tasted almost like water.

yet to get an order of mine correct. how dare I order hash browns and expect a full order of hash browsn. the iced coffee (this goes for all DDs) ARE NOT mixed properly, its black coffee on top of cream on top of sugar… just awful.
