I come to this Starbucks every week and the drinks and service are good but it is always very dirty. The tables are always sticky, the floors are always dirty, the products (mugs and such) on the shelves are dirty and the bathrooms are consistently gross. This doesn’t seem to change with different days of the week.

Drinks are decent, but expensive. Not many outlets to plug in phone/tablet/laptop chargers. Also, they ALWAYS have the air conditioning on full blast in there. It’s way too cold. I can’t stay there longer than a few minutes unless I have a jacket on.

I’ve been here many times and never had a bad experience. Service and product are always good. Today I placed my order through the app and it was waiting when I arrived about 5 mins later. The barista was super friendly too!

First let me say I’m giving this 5 stars just compared to other Starbucks not compared to other coffee shops on general. This was one of the best Starbucks I’ve been too. The customer service was fantastic and though I didn’t stay to sit down it seemed to have more seats than the usual store. I am used to getting a slightly different spelling or different name but here I got the worst Starbucks name fail I ever experienced. My name is Kristin and when I got to the car I realized she wrote «Griffin» on both my cups! Oh well the drinks were perfect and my mom and I had a good laugh!

Great Starbucks! The staff when I was there were all young, and extremely welcoming. Not only welcoming, but also very knowledgeable of their products and Jenn especially was helpful in every aspect and even brewed me up a cup to try. I later bought the rest of the bag she brewed me a sample from (Italian roast). I will definitely be back and I think the whole staff deserves a pat on the back for their work.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, and I am a frequent Starbucks customer/enthusiast where ever I am traveling.
Employees are slow, disinterested and have absolutely no sense of customer service. I’ve been twice in 12 months, with equally disappointing customer service. I won’t be returning.
The coffee is good and the setting is nice, but the customer service makes this a place to avoid if you can.

Compared with other Starbucks locations, this one seemed fairly new. There were several comfy-looking chairs and the entire place was spotless.
The staff seemed a bit amateur. I asked about the ingredients in a pumpkin latte and got a bewildered look from a staffer, like I had just asked a question about quantum physics. After I explained («You know, is there sweetened syrup? Just spices? What exactly gives the latte it’s pumpkin flavor?»), she relaxed and ran through the ingredients list, which seemed too sugary for what I wanted (and there’s no sugar-free version of the pumpkin latte). I went with a regular latte and the boyfriend ordered a mocha.
There were several staffers but the process wasn’t as seamless as other locations. Still, this is one of the few coffee shops in the area that I could find on my Unilocal app, so it did the trick.
