I give them credit for figuring out how to serve food that is both cold and burnt at the same time. This is a great place to eat if you hate yourself.

Well, the place was empty. I had the pork/bbq handheld(I guess that’s the new word of the day) and LOVED it. My hubs had the chicken wrap. He just wasn’t into his, but I though his was great too. I LOVED the fries. Hot. Crispy. Salty. Our waitress would often disappear alot and we end up waiting for refills — but, whatareyougonnado? Price was sure right and I’d give my meal a 5 — but the hubs said he’d give his a 3.

My wife and I come here every Thursday for trivia and half price appetizers. It’s kind of our date night. We have NEVER had bad service and the food is always fresh! My only complaint is that they took Coors Light draft off tap. Hopefully they will come to their senses soon. Dave

Went last night had an awful experience. My waitress was very rude I went for an appetizer and dessert, she wanted nothing to do with me from the moment I said that… assuming she thought I wasn’t going to tip. From that point on it went from bad to worse she dropped off my food(never came back to ask how it was) then as it was time to pay she took my money and came back with my change which was 77 cents short. math isn’t that hard when a computer does it for you. will never go back to this Applebee’s.

I came for a business lunch last week. It is located in a sprawling commercial center parking lot, and is easy to see, but a bit harder to navigate to through the lot. Like any mid-range casual dining franchise, there is a sameness to every plant. While this may have been cozy and«intimate» at one time, today it feels tired, like an old home in need of new furniture and fresh paint. The formula is dated. The menu looked the same as when I visited other Applebees’ a decade ago. I guess I shouldn’t argue with success, such as it is. On this day, the customer profile seemed to primarily be grandparents and their grandkids. In keeping with the«Oldies But Goodies» theme, I ordered the same Oriental Salad with Chicken as I had ten years ago. My partner for the meal went with one of their burgers. Not unexpectedly, my lunch looked and tasted the same as last time, although the bowl was now colorful rather than white. While we were not there to discuss the food, I did learn that the burger was satisfying. I don’t feel as critical of this joint as many others here, although I am not enthusiastic about it, either. It provided a decent meal, service and price in a reasonable time, and in a comfortable setting. While this shop and its brethren will not make my short list of desirable dining, I will not turn up my nose if someone wants to go there.

I just can’t understand the draw to this place. Makes me think I walk among people who have just never had good food EVER in their lives. We went on a gift card. The computer system at the table makes the server obsolete, and she was pressed to Sell, sell sell. There were other staffers running around with headsets like stage managers but not doing anything all that important to warrant one. The food is salt-lick variety vac-packed garbage. Every TV was a sports event. The drinks have barely if any alcohol(from previous visits). Every item is listed to sell you something else — e.g. substitute anything on the plate for $ 1.99++ more(your french fries, over-salted grease sticks). We ordered the appetizer combo for $ 15: big plate of nothing. Mc Donald’s has better boneless chicken wings with less breading. The plate was all about dipping sauces rather than substantial food. The quesadilla burger lacked flavor(except salt); the Fish n Chips might as well have been store brand mechanically separated fish product. $ 45 and we didn’t even have bar drinks. I’d rather go to the diner. Salad bar included for half the price.

Had a great visit over the weekend. The Steak Fajitas were great! It was very busy, but we were seated quickly and served right away. We’ll certainly be back again soon.

idk wtf the manager was thinking, but his people skills sucked when he asked a small group of us to leave. it was near closing time and we ate and drank a lot. it wasn’t what he said but how he said it. never go there again

It’s been years since I’ve been to an Applebees and I had no choice but to eat here recently. Awful service — the waiter ASKED us to take a plate from him. COMEON, it’s your job — do it right and well. The food, not surprisingly, was terrible and WAY over salted. The skinny margarita was WAAAAY to sweet. The only good thing about it was that it was $ 3.

I was dragged here yet again, and the food and service were decidedly sucky.(Sorry«Amanda» — sweet yet clueless high-school aged server). Mistake 1.(Our bad) Come on a Saturday night at 6:30 Mistake 2. Patiently wait for table with5 year old Mistake 3. Ask for«a few minutes» when said server asks«Ready to order?» My kid nearly had a melt down while waiting for her $ 3.99 Kraft Mac ‘n Cheese and my $ 9.99 burger — asked for medium– was charred and tasteless. Yick. Hope my inlaws enjoyed the teeny tiny overly salted steaks. If it were not for their generosity, I would never, ever come here.(They paid, they picked. And, yes, I am grateful to them — but please — there are so many better places to go.)

I’ve been to this Applebee’s many, many times, just not lately. As expected, it looks like an Applebee’s, smells like one, and has as much personality as one, with all that fake neighborhoody crap inside. There is an abundance of parking and seating. While theri menu has changed over the years in response to America’s schizo food culture, I think I speak for everyone when I state that the fare here, like every other Applebee’s I’ve ever been to, is still typical Applebee’s fare. Not worth your time unless you, you know, LIKE Applebee’s.
