First time here. Was due to numerous other places full. Did like the lower volume of people, in other words, not crowded. For us it was perfect. Service was a little slower. They had the staff just not in a hurry. Beverages were good. Had the French onion which was good. For all of us we had different meals from fish /chips to steak to burger. All seemed good, no real complaints.

I recently had a very nice dinner at the Jamison Grill, but for some reason Unilocal flagged my review. I find this very suspicious. Perhaps everyone should question the process when they are being censored by someone at Unilocal.I personally would like an explanation of why my review was flagged.

Looking for some live music and some decent food on a Friday night. Did some Googling and found live acoustic at the Jamison Grill. We went up with the neighbors for our first visit to a place we drove by many times, with low expectations, thinking it would be a typical golf course pub with indoor outdoor carpet and a cold old feeling. We were pleasantly surprised! A decent beer selection, good pub food, great service, a warm inviting modern atmosphere with plenty of modern flat panel tv’s on the walls, a real fireplace, an really good acoustic entertainment! A good find for a Friday night.

The food was good, but the service was downright awful.
We waited a good 45 minutes for our appetizer and a few minutes later had our entrees (even though we had requested they space them out after 20 minutes or so of waiting for the appetizer.)
Our server was awkward and kept saying different reasons why the food was taking so long. I appreciate his effort, but would’ve appreciated a free round more!
It’s too bad my turkey burger was delish, because it wasn’t worth the experience!
