I purchased a Limelight HotSpring’s Hot Tub from Spring Dance Hot Tubs at a homeshow in the fall of 2012 in Oaks, PA.
Spring Dance has a wonderful website with remarkable trouble shooting information. In addition, their customer service team is eager to assist and will work with you to find a solution — should there be a problem!
For this reason, I am a fan of the company. I hope they continue to expand the section «For Owners» with the valuable videos in the «Hot Tubs 101» section! Be sure to utilize the wonderful tools they have on their website!

We bought a Hot Springs – Jetsetter from them in 2003 for our home in the poconos. We loved the Hot tub! Never any issues! Had a Jacuzzi brand for another home in the mts and it was a nightmare for 5 yrs!
We have since sold the homes and will be going to the Bucks and Montg Home show this weekend to decide again for one for our primary home in Flourtown.
Their service is the best and they know the product! The brand might cost a little bit more but having had another brand it is worth every penny!

I live in California so I haven’t been into one of their stores or met anyone face-​to-​face, but a friend of mine recommended I try out Spring Dance’s online store and WOW is all I have to say. I spoke with the service dept and they figured out my problem and sent the parts out right away. I didn’t know what to expect since it’s a small business across the country from me but I had nothing to worry about! Spring Dance took care of me and my hot tub and I would recommend Spring Dance to anyone who needs questions answered, service help or retail items! (and if I ever move to PA, I know where I’m getting my next hot tub!)
