Supercuts

I recently got my hair ombred and trimmed here. I have no complaints, my hair looks and feels great. They gave me a great deal of $ 61 dollars for everything, which is an amazing price if you know how much getting ombré done can cost. I had a good experience and highly recommend Gia, she was very knowledgable and skillful. I will be going back.

I went there because I am on a budget but wanted to do something for my impending 40^th bday the following week. I had talked to one of the stylists from a previous cut. I wasnt impressed the first time with my hair cut… but eh sometimes hair doesnt do what you want it to. so this stylist had told me she could make me blonde for 55 bucks. I would say I was on the brassy golden side before from boxes. I debated for a good month before I went back. soooòoo here I am 5days before the big 40. I need money for the big celebration. I was going to get my hair done for 55 and give her a 20 dollar tip. that was my budget that I was comfortable with. soooo first she tells me that she will need to dye my hair closer to roots so thats a double process… now the highlights are 70… total 110… plus I still plan on the 20 tip. she shows me on a color chart that my roots are a golden brown… okay. and that she will make the highlights just above platinum. they make you sign a form before u get ur hair processed. I should have left at that point. …but I so wanted to look naturally blonde. to make a long story short… it wasnt till she had rinsed me and started trimming that I realized I wasnt going to be blonde. I wanted to cry, but too shy. my total…136! for supercuts? I still tipped her 25.00 and ran the hell out of there. never going back. another stylist was saying how nice it was before I left. I think thats part of the shtick… to have two peoplegush over ur new style. my hair ended up being a shade lighter than black… with pinstripe platinum throughout. with the contrast… it loooked like gray hairs throughout. I just dumped a box of golden brown from loreal… that got it to a more golden dark brown… going to do my best to enjoy my birthday week. will not go back. embarrassed.
