Hungry Hank’s Pizzeria

We ordered around 10 pizzas for our sons birthday party. We had never had the pizza from here but saw an add from people’s choice. I was crossing my fingers and hoping it was good with so many people at our house!
Everyone raved about how good it was. We were outside of the normal delivery area, but they kindly volunteered to call the owner to see if he would make a special trip which he did– at exactly the time we requested.
When I called I must have changed my mind 5 times and she was so patient to change my order and make suggestions!
As we have had leftovers we continue to enjoy the pizza– however, I’m hoping you’ll expand your delivery service a few extra miles for us next time!

I ordered a large pizza half cheese and half with Onions/​green peppers/​olives. I ordered it for pick up and when I walked in I noticed (it’s hard to miss it) a lottery ticket machine to the left. Kind of odd but it’s there.
The vegetables were crisp and perfect. The girlfriend didn’t like olives but hey you learn something new everyday. The peppers in particular I had heard were very good and I have to say it’s true they are the best green peppers I’ve ever had on a pizza.
The dough was fluffy but not what you would call «stuffed» and the pizza shape is not like the uniform frozen dough shape of large chains with more of a hand toss imperfection quality that comes with only the best pizzas.
The sauce was not too sweet but it wasn’t exactly tangy it was more of a mute sauce but that’s more than okay because the cheese was the star of the show and that is how I prefer my pizza.
$ 15.50 for a large with half of it having 3 toppings. 12 slices in all. I will be back and if you find yourself looking for pizza or a scratch off lottery ticket you should try it out yourself.

I would have given 5 stars but every time we call who ever answers the phone isn’t all that pleasant. How ever the food is amazing chicken BBQ pizza. And if u r craving something sweet their struttels will hit the spot worth the $ 9 we ordered the apple yuummmm
