Never had a bad experience. Staff is knowledgeable and gets you in and out quickly using a check in system. If you’re having problems with your AT&T services or phones come here before anywhere else.

This place is not always packed but it is usually full of customers. I hate that they are so slow. To keep up with the people they need many more workers. It takes FOREVER to get someone to help you. What happens is you walk in the door and someone asks you your name and they put it in on an iPad and someone will come help you when their available. Even if the place isn’t even that busy they still put your name in on the system and it takes a long time to get helped. Yes it’s cool how they help people with the iPad and tvs and stuff but it’s not worth the wait if your buying something. Just go and couple stores down to Best Buy. I will say that once you do get helped, they answer your questions and know a lot of things. If the store owner see’s this, please fix these problems or at least try. It would make a better first impression on costumers.
