Briar Rose Inn

Briar Rose Inn is amazing! I’m in Jefferson City for the Missouri Bar Exam and strongly recommend anyone who is here for the same reason stay at Briar Rose instead of some run-​of-​the-​mill hotel. The B&B consists of two suites. I’m in the Federal Suite which includes a bedroom/​bath, parlour, dining room, and a kitchen. It’s almost bigger than my apartment! In addition to all the comforts of home (plus a homemade breakfast made to order), the B&B comes with Jeanette, a self-​described «Innkeeper/​Grandma.» Jeanette is an incredibly sweet woman who loves her B&B and makes her customers feel very much at home. She even called me after the first day of the bar exam to see how I was doing! This place is great! I don’t know if I’ll ever come back to Jeff City, but if I do, I’ll stay here.
