The best deli in the area! The only issue is how rude the staff is. I keep coming back because of how good the food is but a smile wouldn’t hurt anyone in there.

This is definitely my favorite deli to get the best Italian wedges! Out of all the delis I have been to, none of them compare to this one. Subway is disgusting, and so many other delis I have gotten sick from. However, I’ve been coming to this deli for years and every time, the sandwiches are great and don’t get me sick. The people who work within the store are very kind and are always in a good mood.
I highly recommend this place if you want a really good sandwich, or even a platter for a party!

Found this place as I was looking for good soups for the wife who was under the weather
And luckily she enjoyed the soups
Got her the Italian wedding soup which was flavorful and enough for two serving
Got the kids Strombolis that they still speak about because it was so good
Can’t wait to go back and try some of their authentic Italian food they have on display

This is a perfect Italian deli… smells bring me back to Arthur Ave. in the Bronx. Love the salads, the meats. Let me put it another way. love it all. Can not wait to see the new shop. More to smell, eat and buy. I was thrilled to find this deli when I moved here 5 years ago. Am in there at least twice a week. Go smell enjoy !!

My family has been ordering from A&S since we moved in the area, whether just for lunch or to cater a party of ours. This place is one of the best Italian spots around. Everything is fresh and when you go in, it has that old school Italian feel (& smell, it smells delicious in there.) The Italian combo on a wedge with balsamic vinegarette is to die for! The only down side about this place is that sometimes there are way too many people and you have to take a number and wait. Also they tend to be on the pricier side. However, if you want the real deal, you will get it here!

A fantastic Italian deli, with that classic meat and cheese smell inside. You can get a bunch of different meats, salads, cheeses, desserts, and baked items. They have really good sandwiches as well. My dad loves the chicken salad (says it’s the best in the area). If you want authentic food or groceries, this is the place to go.
It loses a star just because it can get so busy in there, you will have to wait for a while. Their prices are also a little bit high, but always worth the wait and the money. I just had breakfast here for the first time today and it is the best in the area.

This place is a deli and meat shop with a definite old school Italian feel. Plenty of options so it took me awhile to order. Ordered the chicken club panini but it wasnt a regular panini, it had grilled chicken, roasted pepers, fresh mozarella, pesto on fresh baked bread… simply amazing… I highly recommend that panini.
