Beware the Pappy gougers! Contrary to the belief of the majority of liquor store owners around here, there are good, honest people with integrity, who sell Pappy Van Winkle bourbons at, or close to, the retail price. Or even with a reasonable mark-​up above retail. Ginny’s is not one of those stores. $ 800 for the 15-​year. You’ll never get another cent of my money.

I love Ginny’s. The new owner is wonderful and she’s very knowledgeable. She knows everyone’s names and what they usually buy. A really great neighborhood feeling here. Large selection of prosecco and also lots of tiny liquor bottles. They will also gift wrap for free!

Not the largest selection but if you’re in a pinch and need a bottle or 2 this shop will do. The young gentleman that I dealt with was very nice and friendly.

I’ve had two experiences as a customer in this place. One, I believe with the owner, was very pleasant. The second, with a red-​headed, tatooed, rude kid working behind the counter with an attitude enough to keep me from ever stepping foot in this establishment again. If you want to be treated like crap by a child, shop here… or peek in the window and make sure the owner is working! Customer service is everything, especially in this economy. I’ll do business where I’m treated with respect… and there are plenty of stores around the area who will be getting my business from now on.
