The brisket was disgusting, it tasted like a bad pot roast with a large amount of fat.

Everything we ordered was delicious, and delivered to our table quickly. Our service was great. I have no idea why this place has so many bad reviews.

Not going back. We went there for lunch and ordered off the lunch menu only to discover when it came time to pay the bill, the waitress put my and my wife’s order in for dinner portions. Following up on this, the waitress did not bother checking on our drinks until we were ready to leave. Her tip was below average. We also found out this restaurant uses the same hot fryer vat of oil for everything deep fried, be it chicken, fish, fries, or whatever. No wonder my daughter’s fries tasted rancid. The mixture of flavors in the oil ruins everything cooked in it.

Trust in the power of the Unilocal. Seriously. Here is what you need to order if it is late and nothing else is open: SMOKEDWINGS& fried pickles. PERIOD. Do not bother with anything else. The wait staff is high or something anyway. Will not bring your food out timely or together or in the correct order. Went with a group of 7 for late night bite after a movie on a Tuesday night because they are open and serve food until 1:30am. We were hungry as the movie theatre down the road is insane(and don’t even bother trying to get popcorn unless you ho 1 hr prior to movie time). Here was the order — appetizers: fried pickles & pretzel bites. Got the fried pickles. Didnt get pretzel bites till main food came out.(Server did ask when ordering if friend wanted it as app or as side. He stated app.) Food: 1 pulled pork sandwich, 1 Morning Glory Burger, 1 rack baby back ribs, order of 16 smoked wings, 1 smokehouse burger, 1 loaded baked potato & side salad, extra side of onion rings. Burgers over done. Morning glory was supposed to have an over easy egg on top but it was fully cooked. Nice hard yolk which defeats the purpose of putting the egg on top if you ask me. Ribs were fine. Pulled pork was dry — oh and all of the sauces tasted the same! Mac & cheese side cameout after everyone was finished with their food. Friend said potato was fine. Smoked wings actually rock! So go if you must but I’m warning you to order the smoked wings and don’t mess with any main courses. The service was a joke. That’s really all I can say about it as we were the only group there and the server just disappeared.

Food never comes out right never. Food might come out warm not hot. There’s a lot better places to spend your hard earn money. Oh yeah we gave them three chances on three different occasions.

Ribs and chicken were a hit#! Place eas highly recommended by my coworkers. but when we got there the server had a slight attitude because i requested to sit closer to the tv to watch the game. From there the service went to hell… No drink refills and and once she dripped the food off she didn’t return except to bring the check… Not to mention the potato was over cooked and dry and the salad really was rotten… the suppose to b white lettuce had a brown discoloration but so did most of the green lettuce.

Love this place~ The food choices, atmosphere, wait staff, all of it is really great. We ate here on a Sunday, very packed but staff was on point and we had no wait time for a booth for two. Seated immediately we were greeting by our lovely waitress, and selected out drinks. Ordered appetizers: fried pickles and buffalo chicken cheese dip. Both where on point! BCCD had real fried chicken bites in it, plus the main base of cheese/buffalo dip and fried pickles where very good. Compared to the ones I’ve had, these are a top 3 and that’s up to my number one favorites, marks feed store. Main course where also great, with my eyes larger than my stomach: triple pattie burger and her chicken bacon melt. Most of this was to go as well as two orders of chicken wings(regular size: not baby wings here!), one buffalo and the other garlic parm… both look amazing~(ordered extra cause of the walking dead!!!) Wait staff was on point: constant refills and gave us descriptions and general ideas of the favor orders. Even out take out order was out fast and plenty of carry out bags lol.

Seating everyone in the bar area at lunch time on Saturday. The baby back ribs were good. All of the food was good. Nothing special. But it was good. They provide a survey on the monitor that sits on the table, service was good too,

Disappointed one of my favorite places for ribs has slowly gone downhill as the prices continue to rise. Our waitress was new but very attentive. Out of brisket at 7:30. Steak was tough and grey. Bill over $ 80 with 4 bottles of beer and a burger for my son.

Every time I come here the service is always phenomenal. The servers are always friendly and make sure you have everything you need as the meal progresses. The food is good and there are plenty of delicious options for you to choose from. They have multiple television sets for you to watch while you eat so you’re able to catch the game. On each table they have little tablets where you can pay to play fun games while you wait or pay for your meal when you’re finished. It’s a great way to go green for the environment. Overall, the atmosphere here is pretty great.

My husband and I ate dinner there tonight march 6,2015. We ate around 5 before it was busy. We ordered an appetizer and before we could really enjoy it out comes dinner which should have been served after we finished our appetizer. My broccoli was cold and the food is a terrible value for the money. We handed her a coupon that she handed us back and said we could use it again but we left it on the table because we wont be going back.

Food was not good. The server recommended the fish in pita bread. I questioned the wisdom of the recommendation but was assured it was great. The dish is dry slaw and deep fried frozen fish in a pita. The kids had pizza and a barbecue and Dorito dish. The pizza crust was soggy and the barbecue was nothing more than spooned into the Dorito bag. We arrived after the lunch rush and there were only a few tables and it took 40 minutes to get the food. I had to get my own refills.

Visited for first time. Had lunch entrée of pulled pork with baked beans and broccoli. The serving size was ok but could have been better. Pulled pork was disappointing as it was not real warm and lacked special flavors. The baked beans were great. Broccoli was good but very small amount . Also tried a pretzel rods and cheese app which was ok at best. Definitely was not blown away and left return trip not probable. Service was good. Food portion not comparable to similar places.

Christian gave us great service. Sat at the bar. Food was awesome. I always order the barbecue burger. Frankly it taste better than my own burgers. Of all the barbecue places I like this the best. They have TVs at the bar so he can watch sports. The green sauce is my favorite.

My husband and I went to Smoky Bones for a 2nd time during lunch today(10−22−14). Our waiter was nice enough. Our food took a long time to come. He ordered a make your own burger and I ordered a burrito with cheese, ranch style beans, rice, jalepeno peppers, pico de gallo… and I made sure they left off the BBQ sauce and mayo for fear of my severe egg allergy. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that they would put something on the burrito to cause me an allergy. I had to leave for work because I only had an hour for lunch. I had my husband tell them about my anaphylactic allergic reaction and they told him that because we didn’t tell our server, they could do nothing about it. We are sure that my husbands burger was not cooked very well or may be contaminated; because he has had major diarrhea since eating there and has no energy. Please don’t go to Smoky Bones!!! If you have allergies and forget to tell them, you are out of luck!

The food is over priced. Both my order and the buddies order was incorrect. His burger was suppose to have an onion ring on it and cole slaw. They took his food back, took 2 of his onion rings from his side and put it on top of the burger and then added slaw. Heck he could have did that himself. My order was incorrect and was like warm. For the money there are other restaurants I would rather spend my money.

The restaurant has a fun atmosphere with pictures containing«boneisms» which are comical bits of advice. My server was average friendly and kept my drink full, which is a HUGE plus for me. I ordered a «Tot-tini» as an appetizer and it arrived with my food, I didn’t like that, if it comes out like that what’s the point in an appetizer? The food we ordered was average but the portions didn’t exactly fit the price, in our opinion. We both ordered sweet tea for our drinks and being a Southern man I know my sweet tea, our tea was a bit weak but it wasn’t overly or under sweetened. I would give Smokey Bones a second chance but I won’t be ordering an appetizer!

It’s all about the Mac & Cheese! Seriously! This is all I would need to live a long and happy life. Garlic in the Mac & Cheese? Yes, please! Mmmm, Mmmm! The Pork Tenderloin was really good. The Mashed Potatoes, not so much. I would get a baked potato next time, extra butter, of course. The Chocolate Bites were yummy with the raspberry sauce but it’s more like raspberry preserves, too sweet. A nice tart raspberry coulis would be better suited to offset the sweetness of the chocolate cake wrapped in donut batter and fried! Oh sweet heaven!
