My sandwich was super good… until i found a hair about 6 inches in it. Hair was so long it was hanging out the end of my sandwich. Thought it might be one of mine that just fell on my sandwich, i began to pull it out and it was completely intertwined all through my cheese, i just about threw up. They need to wear hair nets, and clean their aprons.

This location kinda blows. Service is slow. I stood, waiting to order, for just shy of two minutes as the workers didn’t face me to greet, or even«I’ll be with you in a minute.» Two minutes feels like an eternity just to wait to order, no one else in line. Subs were fine. Italian is good, I like the dressing/oils they put on their subs, but in my opinion there’s better options. 4 stars for food, 1 star for service, and service goes a LONG way.

First, I walked in only to be greeted by NO smiles or a «how are you?» At the register the middle aged woman acted as if I were disturbing her. I asked a few questions in regards to the special and placing two separate orders. She seemed to have a serious attitude problem. All her responses were short and she seemed sharp tongued. I work in customer service on a different level and I am a very pleasant person to work with. I am more than willing to be patient with people, but I was about to lose my patience with the woman on the register. She was just blatantly unconcerned with what we(my fiancé and I) wanted or needed. I was almost intimidated to ask the lady any other question. I thought I might distract her from whatever she was doing… besides work lol what a joke! I frequent this location often because it is close to my house. I will not ever go to that location again. One last thing, the rest of the crew members were very pleasant and helpful. Over all this Penn Station is A1, but some of the staff members have bad attitudes. Just a smile goes a long way :) Thank you Candace Boyle
