Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store

This store does not have outlet prices. Sorry. I am an avid Ralph Lauren shopper for my oldest son. He will only wear Polo by Ralph Lauren shirts to school, nothing else. I am not joking. When I found this store I was like, Hey Now, I’m about to get me some good deals so I went in.
So, I’m looking around. So excited. So many Polo shirts every where. I’m in Polo heaven. Find some shirts I like, look at the price. Hold up! Excitements stops here. Stop the bargain wagon. How is $ 40 for a regular short sleeve polo shirt (not even a big pony) a deal? WTH? Go over to the hoodies. Look at the prices on there. Yep. $ 80. Not a deal. I CAN GET THIS STUFF CHEAPER AT MACYS​.COM or RALPHLAU​REN​.COM. Are you kidding me. This is an outlet. You are supposed to have deals.
If you dont have deals, you dont get my money. I will not be back. If you do decided to give true outlet prices contact me (through Unilocal of course)! You will get lots of my money!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The workers were less than helpful and really thought they should be Ralph Lauren models I think… too bad they don’t have the quality that models require in their profession… looks!!! Also, not the brightest group… just go to the Aero… store down the way.
OH…and as for outlet malls being less expensive… not so much. Pricey and arrogant Justin Bieber wannabe’s at this place.
