Huge ice cream fan, right here! I’ve been wanting to try Comfy Cow for a while and finally got a chance. It was a rainy Friday night and the place was pretty quiet, which was perfect for an indecisive sweets lover. Thankfully the girl working was super patient with my mom and I, because we sampled about half the menu before we made our final decisions. I love seasonal/special edition flavors, so I made sure to try those as well as a few regular flavors. We got lucky that some of the fall/Thanksgiving flavors were still available as well as the new winter flavors. Here’s what we tried and my quick assessments– Black Raspberry Chip — mom gave this 5⁄10(Graters still has the BEST black raspberry chip) Cow Tracks — 7⁄10 Salted Caramel — 10⁄10 Simply Southern — 6⁄10 Granny’s Sweet Potato Pie — 8⁄10 Candy Cane Lane — 8⁄10 Ginger 2 Snaps — 1010(very strong ginger flavor!) Egg Noggin — 9⁄10(mom loved it, i wasn’t a fan… but i’m not an egg nog person) Waiting for Santa — 6⁄10 Next time I go back, I will be sure to try more flavors! They also had some other amazing looking sweets like chocolate covered bananas and brownies.

Our first time here. I ordered a double scoop on a waffle cone. Chocolate and butter pecan. I couldn’t believe how small the butter pecan scoop was! It was laughable, really! As a matter of fact, it was tiny! When she handed it to me, I initially thought she just wanted me to hold it for a second, then she walked away. My friend and I looked at it and laughed. The ice cream was good but way too pricey for what you are served. This is the reason for the 3 stars. I’ll give this one more try.

Delicious ice cream! I had Georgia Butter Pecan, and my BF had salted caramel. Cute interior and super friendly staff!
