Joe and Cathy are as good as it gets when it comes to opticians. I’ve always just gone by how the frame looked on me but little did I know so much went into picking the right frame. whether it be having the frame sit too low on the bridge of your nose or touching your cheek too much, they showed me how to pick the right frame. Though it took me a long time to find one that I liked, they were extremely patient with me. I’ve worn glasses for about 15 years now and have shopped around many times for the right eyeglass place and I really think I found the one! My eyesight is also extremely bad, with a –8 and –9 on the other side, so I was used to thick lenses which I hated. While shopping for a frame Joe knew that was one of my pet peeves so he helped me find a frame that wouldn’t make the lens look too thick and I also got the lens thinned out for an additional cost, but it was worth it. For something so important as your eyes, you really want to invest in something good. I also bought the 5-​year membership plan which gives you great discounts for the next 5 years after signing up.
