This place has the worst customer service that I’ve experienced in my life. I ordered a pizza on the phone and told them twice I would pick it up. I get to the store 20 minutes later and they had already took off with it to deliver it. I asked for a refund and the owner comes out, curses me out, and refused to refund my money. I would highly recommend avoiding this lousy excuse for a business.

First off this place is locally owned and ran. I went in and it was a father and two kids. Very very nice people. We prefer to shop local and buy local so we were really hoping the pizza would be great. Well it was and were very excited to find it. We’re happy to find a local place we can use over the chain places.

Really Really good pizza, in a tiny shop with nothing much there in terms of eat in facilities. But they will do their darned best to accomodate you! Tasty pizza, unbelievably good garlic bread, courteous staff — definitely an A+ in my book!

Great place to eat!!! The food is phenomenal:)) I highly recommend the calzones and the spinach artichoke dip. The fettuccine alfredo is excellent as well. They use just the right amount of spices. I’ve never had any fettuccine like it most I’ve had are so bland. The staff is super friendly and fast service. Definitely a place to take the family and friends. You won’t be disappointed!!!

We love Primetime pizza! This is our«go to» for pizza! Locally owned and operated, they are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and they make some of the best pizza around! And it’s not overpriced like a lot of other places in town. We love the carnivore, but I love their sandwiches and calzones too. I highly recommend!

This joint is a classic home-town American pizza place. If you want rustic wood fire pie, this ain’t the place. This is good old fashioned grab a few beers and watch the ball game pizza, or 2 in the morning post bar pizza, and it’s damn good! High quality ingredients, well made, and you couldn’t ask for nicer owners. The kids who work here have perfect manners, I might add(they’ve been trained well)… And furthermore, this is a family run business making a great product, why anyone would buy that crap from mazzios(or hideaway IMHO) instead of this place is beyond me… I also love their thin crust, but it’s more like a lavosh, ie a thin cracker like crust. But, it’s killer. Give em a try, you’ll not regret it.

If you love thin crust pizza, you will love Primetime! I love that they cut it into small squares, or maybe I hate it because it’s so easy to eat too many of them!

The cheese bread with the spinach artichoke dip is awesome. The pizza is made all the way to the edge, no bones. Go here.
