Came here on a weeknight for dessert and ordered the turtle chocolate fondue. The waiter was really nice and switched out marshmallows for more strawberries since I don’t eat marshmallows. The ambience is really nice for a quiet, calm, and private experience. The chocolate fondue was delicious but one order of it was enough for my friend and I since we had dinner about an hour before coming.

My cousin and I visited The Melting Pot tonight and it was easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! I used a living social for our meal and we were told the 4 course meal would work best with the deal since you could get a whole meal for one price. I chose the Steak lovers which included Angus beef, Terriyaki-marinated steak, and Premium filet mignon. She ordered the French Quarter, which offered all natural breast of chicken, Pacific white shrimp, and andouille sausage. We were told to pick a cheese and we chose the Cheddar which came with tomatoes, bread, carrots, broccoli, and apples. It was so much fun to watch the cheese heat up and use our tongs to dip our accompaniments in. She chose the Caesar salad and I picked the House salad with just lettuce and cheese and dressing. Our salads were great as was everything else. Cooking our main dishes was a bit of a challenge at first, but oh so fun! We chose Coq Au Vin style with burgundy wine, spices, and mushrooms. Our meats were delicious. I loved the sausage and the Angus beef was he best I’ve ever had! After all that, we had dessert… we selected the Flaming Turtle, which is milk chocolate, caramel, and candied pecans set ablaze table side! It comes with an assortment of goodies including: marshmallows, brownies, berries, bananas, and many other treats! This was easily one of the very best meals I’ve ever had and I would highly recommend it. It’s definitely a splurge, but one you’ll remember for a lifetime.

Exquisite fondue, perfect service, nice atmosphere, great selection of desert, and awesome staff! Our night out in Jenks came to a nice end finishing up at the Melting Pot. From the appetizer to the main course we couldn’t have asked for better service or better food. We started with the spinach artichoke dip(made tableside) which was nothing but total awesomeness(ask for extra bread), we then went with the Caesar salad which was nice and fresh, next was the main entrée and our choice was the mojo flavor and steak lovers! Taste was a 10⁄10 and what a great experience it was for our family.

Atmosphere is amazing, privately romantic while calming and relaxing. Food quality is goid, flavors are amazing, variety is nice, and cooking it yourself is a fun touch. Of course it’ll be expensive but I say worth it.

I had an amazing experience. Definitely had the best waitress I could ask for. Shawna you were wonderful. See you Friday! Of course the chocolate and wine added to the experience.

This was my second time to go to a Melting Pot restaurant, and yet again I was NOT disappointed! The food is incredible, but the experience is out of this world. To add to an amazing night and experience we had a fantastic server! Carlos went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was flawless! Myself and anorher women were in Tulsa visiting a friend for her baby shower, the three of us dined at the Melting Pot on Friday night. As soon as Carlos found out what we were celebrating he immediately congratulated our friend and to top off the incredible service we had all night, when the desert portion came out, he brought out a customized plate with«Congratultions, it’s a girl» written on it in pink frosting along with a baby carriage and with a small piece of pound cake with a little pink candle in it. It was amazing the time he took in order to make our experience personalized. He is by far one of the most caring and efficient servers I have ever had, at any restaurant, he definitely goes above and beyond for his customers. I would recommend any Melting Pot restaurant, and I’m sure any server, but of your lucky enough to get Carlos as a server, you won’t be dissatisfied!

I have been wanting to try the Melting Pot forever and I was really excited to finally give it a try last weekend. We had a really lovely experience at the Melting Pot. Our server had obviously been there awhile and was very seasoned in the menu and the experience and was really great at giving us advice. We started with the Wisconsin Trio cheese fondue. And honestly I didn’t like it at all — which is why they moved down to four stars for me. It just had so much white wine in it that it completely over powered the cheese. Every time I had anything dipped in the cheese fondue it was like shotgunning a glass of white wine. Yuck. For the entrée I had the steak lovers and coq Au vin cooking style. It was seriously delicious and our waiter was great at telling us what dipping sauces went with each meat and how long to cook the meat. But let’s be real, dessert is what this place does well. We had the crème brûlée fondue and oh my god there are not even words. It was divine and like eating a piece of heaven. I would go back just for the dessert. Next time — might cut to the chase and just get dessert. But still a great experience and time!

I have always wanted to try the melting pot, but the expensive price tag keeps me away. However, when I saw an advertisement for a «Skinny Dipping» menu for 19.99, I was sold! I went with two other people. We made reservations on Open Table and were seated immediately on a Wednesday evening. The restaurant was really empty. I’m assuming it is busier on the weekend, but if you want no wait, try a week night! Our waitress was very helpful and friendly throughout the night. She made it a point to learn our names and called us by them throughout the night. The Skinny meal included your choice of salad and meats, and a dessert of dark chocolate with fruit. I opted for the house salad and it was good. Nothing overwhelming, but a decent salad. For my meats, I went with Filet and Chicken. We opted to pay more to try a different broth rather than the traditional. We went with the Mojo which had nice flavorings of garlic and citrus. I enjoyed the meats and vegetables that came with us. Our waitress even brought us additional vegetables which was nice. The highlight of the night for me, however, was the dessert. The dark chocolate was delicious and the fruit was fresh and tasted great. Our waitress brought us extra fruit as well. It was a lengthy meal(and I’m sure would be even more so with more people and a cheese fondue added as well), but for the price you are paying, you want an extended experience. I would definitely be willing to go back and try the full 4 courses for a special occasion!

I went there last week for my wife’s birthday dinner. I made reservations for six people 24hrs in advance and also requested the chocolate covered strawberries. We were very excited for the dinner; however, when we got there we had to wait more than 15 minutes because our table wasn’t ready — we only arrived a few minutes early. When we got to our table we were placed on a small booth that was obviously for a max of four people but they decided to cram six people in there so we were very uncomfortable all night trying to dine — it honestly seemed ridiculous since we ended spending over $ 400.00. The dinner was hard to enjoy because of the small space and at the end of the dinner my wife never received her chocolate covered strawberries. We’re very unhappy with the experience and it felt like a waste of money; we don’t plan to ever return or recommend.

The most romantic restaurant in Tulsa. The staff is very professional and not too pushy. The chocolate and cheese fondues are just delicious. I love going here on romantic dates or just with some girlfriends. The light is dim, classic music on, and lots of tasty wine.

We had a wonderful time tonight! Our waitress’ were Maria and Meagan. They helped us make some great decisions. We are not from Tulsa and we drove a ways to get there. We found that the décor was not as great as we had thought for the price but the friendliness and the environment made up for it. We lived that when we left there was a concert going on outside as well!!! Oh and yes the food was tasty!!!

My wife and went to this location to use a gift certificate that we were given due to a previous terrible experience we had here. We had no idea we would have another bad experience this trip. We went to eat at 5pm on a Friday. The meal took until about 7:05 pm, which is pretty typical, not a big deal for this type of dining experience… BUT, when we were exiting the restaurant, we saw a news crew asking the manager why they were open. We thought this a bit odd at the time, but we didn’t dwell on it. When we got home, we learned that Jenks had issued a boil water order and also asked that all restaurants close immediately, because ECOLI was found in the water system. This all went down around 6pm. The Melting Pot staff did absolutely nothing to warn their customers. They remained open and kept serving… What do I do? I turn to Twitter to warn my friends NOT to go there or anywhere in Jenks that is serving food. Melting Pot’s twitter then basically called me a liar via twitter. I sent them the news story online to back up my claim. They then followed up and asked I contact their customer service. Long story short, if a restaurant doesn’t care about the safety of their patrons, they don’t deserve their business. Thumbs down Melting Pot!

Its an experience thats for sure. The food was average actually. I didn’t care for the cheese fondue we had, perhaps I picked the wrong one. I ended up with the feast plate of all the meats. Decent enough. My favorite had to be the dessert but really the strawberries and bananas to dip in chocolate. You can keep all the cake and rice krispie treats and marshmallows. Its painstakingly a slow process. We were there 3 hours. It could have been cut in half that time had the waiter been more attentive. There is no reason really that we should have had to wait so long between courses. But it was my birthday and I was with my friends so we were visiting a lot anyway. The worst part was waiting on them to take the hot oil pot away-it smelled.

So first let me say if you in any kind of hurry don’t go here for dinner. We spent about 2 hours plus for dinner. Honestly its a little pricey but, the quality is good. We got the four course. First course was cheddar. I like watching the process. Silly I know but it was interesting. Probably not my most favorite course. Nonetheless it was good. Second course was the salad, basic enough, no need for details here. Third course we choose the Coq au vin for our pot and the steak lovers were our entrée option. I was a little worried on the vin but I actually ended up really enjoying this. Of course the fourth course was chocolate pot. We choose the smores chocolate. very good but the options for dipping were sub par. Fruit was good but other options were just okay. All in all nice to do once or twice but This can get expensive fast.

Melting Pot’s fondue is the best! I’ve tried all the chocolate fondue they have but the best one is The Original which has peanut butter mixed in. Each pot comes with the most delicious dippers: fresh strawberries, bananas, cheesecake, Rice Krispies Treats, marshmallows, pound cake, and brownies. You get one full plate full of those dippers for each pot you order and you can ask for a few extra pieces but they won’t give you another full plate. I don’t recommend the cheese fondue at all. I’ve tried spinach artichoke and traditional Swiss — not impressed. The dippers for the cheese fondue are nowhere as fun as the ones that come with the chocolate: artisan breads, fresh vegetables, and crisp Granny Smith apples. This location is only open in the evenings and the waiters who work here are so nice! Some Melting Pot locations have happy hour which means half price fondue but I don’t think this location offers that. I’ve never tried their food because it’s super expensive! Their alcohol selections aren’t cheap either.

This is a fantastic first date place. They keep things flowing and you would never find that empty moment. Whenever we fix someone up, this is where we go. The wine list is interesting, and I am always amazed at the knowledge the wait staff has about the menu. Definitely worth a visit, but mostly wanted to point out that it is a great place to avoid awkward moments if early in the dating relationship.
