Cinco De Mayo

honestly, some of the best Mexican food we’ve had. the dishes are simple and flavorful and our waiter was super friendly and animated. the skirt steak was incredible. chips and salsa and tableside guac were flavorful and authentic.

We had a great time here. The staff is adorable and friendly as can be and the food was really really good. I had the tacos al carbon and the beef was so delicious and served in soft tacos… yum… my favorite way to server them. I think what is so nice about this place is the way the food is prepared (with love) and presented, Everything was separated on the plate so you knew what it is you are dining on and the refried beans and rice were so beautifully seasoned I could have ordered just that. The chips, salsa and quacamole were so fresh and delicious, that I may have eaten a bit too much and could almost not fit in dinner… but still managed to scrape my plate clean… I am not crazy about house margarita mixes, becasue I make a killer margarita of my own, but for a hosue margarita served by the pitcher, these were actually very good and not too sweet. My wife and frend split a Carne Asada Quesadilla, which was an appertizer and a generous one at that. That was delicious. Our other friend had the steak fajitas and that looked and smeeled as mouth watering as they tasted.
I’m a fan and will be back. I want to just chill at the bar and see how the margarits are custom created. I loved this place.

Excellent restaurant. Very busy Saturday night but great service. Very authentic Mexican food made with fresh ingredients.

Food was very tasty. We enjoyed carne asada, steak faijta and chicken enchiladas. Service was slow due to under staffing.

the place was slow so, service was sleepy with unanswered requests for more chips beyond the complimentary we had got with salsa as we first sat down. our server seemed put out that we ordered only two apps and no alcohol. we were waiting for additions to our group… but ended up rescheduling somewhere else after our 40 minute fiasco. our fresh guacamole languished in the bowl because it came to the table without chips. it sat half uneaten for 15min until we had to leave. the entire kitchen and waitstaff spent their time horsing around loudly in the kitchen. this is truly unprofessional and well, i took it personally, as my dining companion and i were left waiting.
to have sub par service, and then get rushed out by what we assumed was the manager, doesnt get me in for a second visit.
i caution you against a first visit.

The wife and I went for lunch — not real busy. No one actually greeted us at the door or hostess stand. Walked to the bar and sat down. Ordered two tecates, waitress wasn’t sure they any, she checked and they did.
Each of us ordered 2 tacos, I got soft flour tortilla, the wife got hard shell.
5 minutes later the
plates come out. They were 150 deg easy, could feel the heat coming off them. My cheese was completely melted to the plate, not sitting on the taco, chicken inside was room temp. My wife’s plate was soaked in grease to the point she could not pick the shells up, bottom fell right out. Eating tacos with a fork just isn’t right!
3 stars on the staff, 1 for the food.

We went to Cinco De Mayo on our way out of the Jensen Beach area and on our way to Miami. The food a CDM was fine. I think the cheese they use was really good, but unfortunately, the beans and so forth were a bit lacking. Still, we enjoyed the place and were on our way.

Tried Cinco on the recommendation from friends. I always make a determination of a Mexican restaurant based on their Chips and Salsa. They were good and looked forward to my meal. Had the expresso burrito and it did not disappoint. The pork verde was done very well. Good flavor but not overpowering. Also the meat was tender and moist. Would come back.

First time here and it was very enjoyable, the wait staff was friendly. the food was very good and was enjoyable.

Try this out for the first time. Must say I am very pleased! The service was really friendly, the food was great! I believe I have found my new favorite Mexican fix! The prices are reasonable, the amount of food was very filling. I tried a little of everyone’s dish, lol just to see in for my next trip here! Everything was delicious! If you haven’t tried it, you need to! :-)

A decent Mexican restaurant located in a strip mall because Florida. The fish tacos were a touch on the crunchy side. The guacamole and salsa are ON POINT. The best salsa I’ve had in a while. Also the cheese quesadilla is great! A ton of cheese and more of that boss guacamole.
The staff is extremely good and by the way they bring you giant margaritas if you ask them.
If you’re ever in Stuart Florida visiting Nana or paying your brother’s bail bond (the only two reasons to visit Florida) stop in.

Very good food. Fresh and high quality. Service very friendly and accommodating. You will not be disappointed with the experience.
