Rooms To Go – Jensen Beach

We purchased a recliner from Rooms to Go 1 ½ years ago. Rooms to Go refuses to honor the warranty or even send out a service tech. Rooms to Go sales rep stated that the power recliner that we purchased had a 10 yr warranty that would cover the electric motor and all of the moving parts. Because of the excellent warranty that we where told the power recliner had we agreed to purchase the expensive recliner at a coast of over $ 900.00. Our recliner is a 1 ½ years old and Rooms to Go refuses to honor the warranty or even send out a service tech to see what can be done to repair the recliner. They stated that I had to call the manufacturer who is located in China in order to have the recliner repaired.

worst shopping experience ever! It would take too long to explain. They lie, uncaring, and rude.
