If I could give 0 stars for this location I would. I went in to buy a car charger for my mother’s phone. I wasn’t sure which one I needed and based on the guys recommendation I bought one. Turned out to be the wrong one and they won’t return it or even exchange for the right one because it is past 14 days!!! Seriously!!! «The computer won’t let you do it» in 2016??? This is why I have Verizon!

The store is nice and the latest products are on display. The problem is with the staff or lack of it. You usually have wait to get served and then be prepared to spend more time if you make a purchase. The staff pushes promotions that sound great until you realize you’ve been hooked into higher fees or an extended contract.

Terrible customer service. The assistant manager has a huge chip on his shoulder and does his best to deflect any actual work to their customer service line. Sorry, but I drove to your store for you to help me, not go back home and call customer service. After wasting an hour of my time trying to do an account transfer I gave up and left.

This is the best/worst AT&T store in the area. Let me break it down, yo: Best: –Place has plenty of parking –Clean, spacious and lots of light.(this ain’t no mall store, homey) –Every sales person I have dealt with has been quite knowledgeable on the phones and plans offered. They offer their opinions without being pushy and without making you feel like a dummy. ATT changes their plans so much, I would head in there once in a while and fiddle with your plan. Often times you can get some cash off of your bill without really knowing why. Worst: –If you are not immediately helped, you are SCREWWWWED. It’s not necessarily the stores fault(maybe it is?), but it takes a long time to tell them what you want, pick a phone, pick 1 of 100 minute plans, pick 1 of 100 data plans, change your contacts, pick your accessories, do you want insurance?, how do you want to pay? etc. Holy. Head there during off-peak hours and you’ll be out in time to catch McDonald’s bfast, son.

This is the best AT&T store ever, hands down. I had to get a new phone before heading back up to college, so my dad took me here. I was originally intent on getting the iPhone, but ended up getting the Samsung Infuse 4G(which I am currently loving). It was super fast updating my plan; and there was no wait line. The next day was just as great. I realized I was able to connect to the 4G network, so I went back to the same store. The same guy helped me in literally 2 minutes, and now my phone is working great! He helped me make decisions regarding accessories, was friendly, and totally knew what he was doing. According to my dad, the same person helped him every other time he’s been here, and there’s never a wait line. If you’re wondering who the guy is, his name is Nestor!(I read his name tag!!) He’s super sweet and friendly and is a techie genius! I highly recommend him!

I may be one of the only people on the planet with a 16g original iPhone. What can I say? I love my phone, my call quality and don’t mind that my data speed is slow. My text messages suddenly stopped working, so I came to this store(after calling AT&T customer service) and swapped out my old SIM card for a new one. The salespeople were friendly and easygoing. There was no line at the store, and I was helped and on my way within a few minutes. Score!
