Dunkin’ Donuts

I don’t know about these bad reviews, but my experience has always been phenomenal.
I have been going there for a year with my family on late night runs for coffee and food. The gentleman there always greets us with a smile when we come in. He has even learned our orders. The coffee is great and the food is always perfectly prepared.
I’m thankful for their customer service because it makes our nights special every time.

I came here on Saturday around 2pm, to buy a half dozen donuts. They had plenty of donuts there that looked like they were fresh. When I got home and ate them, they were hard and stale. I will not be coming back to this location!!!

This location has improved slightly in providing good customer service and its always clean. Coffee as always is super hot! What happened to when DD used to make the doughnuts right on site? Now they truck them in vans through out the city. thats why i used to love Krispy Cream every time you went in the smell was awesome! i guess for a sugar fix their ok…

I’ve tried this Dunkin Donuts many times because I work nearby. Their coffee is always very weak. I guess some people don’t mind that but if I’d rather go to the deli down the block and get a decent cup.
Some of their staff is really nice but I went there today for a muffin and asked the cashier if the dollar iced tea promotion was still going on, which DD has every summer. She was extremely rude and acted like she had no idea what I was talking about, even though the week before I had gotten an iced tea from her for the dollar promotion price. All I wanted to know was when it ended but she couldn’t be bothered to answer that for me and instead acted as if I was making the whole thing up.
I ordered iced teas about two weeks ago for most of the people at work, 8 in total, and everyone at work agreed they tasted weird. So I brought them back and brought up the issue. The manager said he would give me new ones but refused to brew new tea. Even one of the girls who worked there said they tasted odd. He was extremely rude and did nothing to help even though I go their multiple times a week (for muffins, not drinks).
Other than their $ 1 iced teas (which I wouldn’t pay any more than that for), their muffins and doughnuts, I wouldn’t bother ordering anything else, especially not coffee based.

Sorry to see some of these negative reviews… BUT I’m guessing they’ve either changed their staff or improved their service because my experiences at this DD have been excellent!
I’ve been stopping by the different neighborhood DDs for my morning coffee often during these last few months, and of all the locations in the area, this one seems the friendliest! They are really fast with my order and they hand it to me with a smile. I think they are also very receptive to any feedback about service/​quality. Hope others will have a similar experience :)

Bad experience this morning. Three people working and only one is doing all the work (the new guy). All I ordered was a small hot chocolate and the female worker was just standing there waiting for the new guy to finish two other orders. Unbelievably lazy! The manager was just running around like a chicken with no head. SMH

There’s usually a long, slow moving line in here. Also, even when there’s NOT, they take too long to butter an untoasted bagel. You need to step up your act guys!

I go to this Donut Shop all the time (like everyday). The people are very friendly. It has a great drivethrough and you will get a fast service. There is a line usually on the rush hours but it moves fast.

It’s a Dunkin Donuts, not brain surgery. Why is it that when we want to get a bagel or doughnut before going to the grocery store next door there is ALWAYS a long, slow moving line? Why on Earth does it take so long to get service? We have literally walked out from the slow service.
The doughnuts themselves are good and the place is reasonably clean but the line is a huge deterrent.
