If I could give them 0 stars I would. The worst part is I feel forced to go to this deli because they are the only one in the shopping center where my office building is. I do not have a single nice thing to say about this place. They have no organization when taking orders, the people who take your orders have no idea what they are doing, my food is always ice cold, and I never get the correct order, EVER. Why is it that I order a special on your menu, and you STILL get it wrong? Not to mention the prices are ridiculously expensive for such a terrible place. And to top it all off, anyone you speak to in there is RUDE. I hardly ever review places because I didn’t think it would matter, but I hope reviewing this place for what it really is will either help them change or go out of business, because you don’t deserve our money with the way things are.

This place brings back a lot of memories, I used to come in here early mornings to grab a bagel with bacon egg and cheese. It definitely is overdue for some type of remodel inside, but the staff and food are of good quality. Typically when I’d come here I would order the chicken cutlet delight on whole wheat roll with bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo. That would actually fill me up pretty well. The staff was always very friendly and remembered a lot of their customers whenever they came in. This is definitely a place to come and grab a quick bite for the road. I think what makes this deli special is the local-ness of it, they always have local clientele and is always available as long as you’re within distance.

Nice on the inside and the food is great. I’m assuming they just opened because their price points have not been properly vetted. Lack of proper business management and accounting. The reason I’m complaining about the prices is because their advertised price is not what they charge(at least for a few items). They listed their sandwich for $ 3.19, but then wanted $ 6.50. Then it changed to $ 4.50. I told them they needed to give me the advertised price. With some reluctance they gave me the sandwich at that price. When asked for the receipt, their POS showed a misc tax item at $ 3.59. They said it was the orange juice. I was suspicious because all good POS systems will show the name of the item or at a minimum show sandwich as the line item. Well, I paid the advertised price and got my food and sat down in the back. The owner or perhaps the manager walks in, I can hear the counter person explaining the issue to the boss. The boss finally said, «next time tell him to go somewhere else!» He continued to say, «we only serve nice customers.» He snickers and laughs, «next time give home his money and tell him to go elsewhere.» I truly didn’t care, I just sat there eating my sandwich, listening to his rant. But in no way or form was I a «mean or bad» customer. You just poorly priced your item and then want to play got you! On the customer. Be a good boss and change the price to where proper calculations should point you. Any good manager or business owner knows that you need to calculate what it costs to make, then labor, overhead and profit and you have yourself a product price. I’m over simplifying it, of course because I doubt anyone there ever took a proper business class. In any case, good food, decent atmosphere. Poor management. Even worse customer relations(no reflection on The counter people). The counter people were nice. They were annoyed I fought for the advertised price but hey, who’s fault is that???

Jericho Deli was sold to a new owner this week. They are starting renovations of the store and will be re-naming it Beyond Bagels. They are already doing extensive cleaning and removal of outdated fixtures, adding music, tv’s and new products. They will be baking fresh, hand rolled bagels on site. They have already added fresh smoked fish to the menu, as well as a full line of Boars Head delicatessen. Catering will also be available. Check back in a few weeks for updates

Fairly common items and nothing out of the ordinary. It’s your regular corner deli, but in the middle of the suburbs. Clean and fresh, minimal wait time and neither rude nor friendly staff. I would return as it is a quick place to stop in for lunch. Plus they carry boars head meats and cheeses.

Not friendly, greasy omelet(it was nasty how much oil) most likely from undercooked bacon or not a clean cook top. Place is dirty and bagels are sub par. Sorry but I would not recommend this place

Average bagels served with below average customer service. I came here at 5:30 am and noticed there were no bagels on display. I asked the«gentleman» behind the counter if they were open and serving bagels. I was shot back with the NASTIEST attitude/response and it almost felt as if I was inconveniencing him with my business. This has happened on several different occasions and today will be the last. I rather drive another 5 minutes to bagel boss, than put up with their staff

Sandwiches are u predictable. Generally tastes good but sometimes I get sick(1 – 2 times a year). Customer service is unpredictable too. The lady who works there is moody — often rude and pissy about 60% of the time. She needs to remember to provide good customer service.

came here the other day for dozen bagels and a sandwich. Got a roast beef hero with lettuce & tomato. The place is pretty big, Plenty of places to sit and relax. The Deli section uses only the best Boars Head meats. The sandwich was delicious and the bagels were just ok, Nothing special. The service was super fast and friendly. They also have a salad station and tons of other items as well. Great all around deli /bagel store. Would go again for a sandwich but unfortunately not for bagels.

My boyfriend and I come here every Sunday together to get their«Rustler Sandwich» and two large ice coffees with milk and sugar. The Rustler we split because a whole one is pretty big. Unless you’re really hungry. And their ice coffee is amazing, and I don’t usually like coffee. You can tell their food is good because even when there is a long line, people will stand in line to wait for that coffee. Customer service is pretty good for the most part, but sometimes the«politics» between the staff spills over and we hear them argue. But that’s a small problem when the food is this good.

Food ok, one egg, ham and cheese. Warning check and read the menu before ordering. Egg, or cheese or ham $ 1.00 extra for ham, $ 1.00 extra for cheese, etc, What I thought was a $ 3.65 breakfast special with a coffee, turned out to cost $ 5.05 Let the buyer beware and an attitude no less when I asked about it. Nice and clean, food ok but attitude and price left something to be desired and the did get their bagels yet at 5:00am.

Bagels and breakfasts are excellent! Every time that I stop here it seems to be the morning but I can’t wait to give them a try for lunch! Clean deli, great service, you can be sure to leave happy and with a great meal! Definitely one of my favorite delis and I’m pretty picky with my food! But they really do go above and beyond at this place.

Real good food, nice staff but pricey and kinda slow. 15 mins for a toasted bagel and 2 coffees is a bit much.

Simply put… I. needed bagels and was running late… this was all I was passing on the way in to work. I wasn’t thrilled with the appearance and cleanliness… but the bagels were ok. Wasn’t really a fan.
