Shoes are great — comfortable business casual shoes and designs that don’t hurt to wear at the end of the day. Staff was difficult to pinpoint(almost like the customers some of them) and the one lady who helped us was almost floating around in her own little sense of the world as she absent-mindedly arranged and found shoes — a question snapped her back to reality though. Busy, and the selection is reasonably complete, but sometimes hard to find. They have one shoe of each type so if you don’t find the exact thing you’re looking for, ask. As I was listening to the salesperson explain to someone else, women’s sizes for wide start at 6, apparently, though they can check the website. The shoes here for guys run a bit bigger — I’m a half size smaller here than at Reebok or Foot Locker, for instance. But wide fits me right. $ 400 spent and you get a $ 40 off coupon effectively on your next visit. 7÷2÷15 they were running the 2 pairs for $ 99 special, though none of their work shoes were really on-sale.

Had the most horrible experience with the sale girl name Crystal. Manager was not very helpful as well. There online customer service was much better. Stay away from this store! Just horrible!

It’s a Clarks! They’re fine. The staff is nice, they may not sell every type of shoe out there and they always seem to be out of mens socks, but they’re fine. It’s a Clarks — they’re fine — you won’t fall into a pit of doom or burst into flames upon coming in here, and you definitely will find a few nice pairs of shoes. Will you be elated with joy and find answers to all your foot-related problems? Probably not. Who knows? But this Clarks is definitely fine.
