Very bad customer service!!! i thought you dont need an education to be good on what you do for present and future. Employees here needs a work etiquette it just shows how cheap this company. I walked in and ask for sizes on their man’s button down duh? common sense its a knock off thinking that its broken sizes but still i can get to pick the style i want but i needed a stick to pick the shirts and i wasnt born a giant so i needed that, i ask the guy in the front who looks like he never slept for nights and answered me with his rolling eyes so at that moment i said never mind! Then i walked around the store didnt buy anything since i was pissed and went to him to pick up my checked in backpack and he slammed my stuff! what a stupid moron and hes from the cheap island in the carribbean that speaks english but no education what a waste in humanity, so then i said to him if you dont like what you quit because youre not worth working in the front and he screamed and threw a hanger at me, so i was like thats it this company is going down hiring dumb ass low life immigrants. im an immigrant myself and my family thought me to be good and worked hard so people wont just walk on you. Its just a fucked up customer service that refelects on a fucked up close out company. Future customer Dont expect to walk in ready to experiencience glitz and glamour this is a cheap close out store ran by cheap fellas striving for surviving.

Horrible. They do have a good selection of items, although they are dusty and once you get things home, most of them dont work! Spent a lot of money here when I moved into my new home (like a couple hundred dollars), upon getting home I realized about three different items I purchased were either broken or didnt work. Being they do have a return policy directly on the receipt I went to the store within days of purchasing the items and explained the issue/​s. Got nothing but an attitude. Mistakenly, I made a purchase and was met with the same issue, once again. They gave me an attitude, actually remembering that I had returned something the trip before, and gave me a HUGE issue on returning the broken item I purchased this time-​even though they have a return policy right on their receipt which I was well within the limits of (even if I wasnt, in the case of purchasing something that doesnt work, as a business you should make right on that). Also, just to note, I wasnt even returning the broken/​not working items, I was exchanging them for more crap! Ridiculous. Buyer beware! Theres plenty of other shotty stores to chose from in JC, Id advise another store. You get what you pay for, and the nasty attitude to go along with it.

A very convenient store. I stopped by few times looking for things you don’t really know where to get but which you need at this moment. You know, how there are usually no nice umbrellas anywhere when its raining? Well here is a huge choice of different styles, very affordable prices and surprisingly great quality.
I never went too deep into the store, but it seems like they have it all. Not the great kind of stuff you would usually buy, but things you can actually use if you suddenly need them. The other time I was in need of a plain black belt right now! It took me 5 minutes and 3 dollars. Not something I would wear out, but a nice device not to loose my pants at work ;) They also have some clothes, food, even some kitchen & home equipment. If you really need something unusual, stop by, see if they have it or not, you might get lucky.
