This is the worst DD I’ve ever been to. None of the staff speaks English and they don’t know what the numbered combo’s are. They take for ever to get your order together and the coffee is rarely made correctly.

What a motherfucker. Went there tonight and locked front door after a certain time. Visiting my Dad in the ER due to a heart condition. I walk up to the drive through window and knock on the window… once, the guy doesn’t turn around, wait, and do it again. NORESPONSE. WOW he is ignoring me. Its freezing outside. 30. A nice EMT driver comes by. Apparently notices this guy doing this so often, that he tells me to close my ears and rings the siren TWICE to get the guy to notice me. Old Indian guy, guy hesitant, turns around, and apparently can hear me fine now, refuses to make decaf. I get my coffee and on my way. TIL Dunkin donuts in Old Colony ignored both an EMT driver and possibly an ER patient/family member with a heart condition, etc walking in the cold. Pagal ka baccha. Older Indian man 55+ years old with big glasses. He needs to get his head checked, having a wife from that culture, he exhibits social anxiety like many older people with an inferiority complex from India.

Beverage and food deserve a 4⁄5 stars as one would expect for a DD when you receive what you ordered. This location deserves only 2 stars solely because of their service. I have lived in the Van Vorst area for over 10 years and moved from New England, a true DD diehard. 4 out of 5 times my order is screwed up one way or another at the drive thru. The ONLY reason I go is its proximity and have learned to have my order repeated back to me 2x. I may need to up this to 3 or 4x since I feel the need to write this review. The funny part about this is that the walk-in orders are nearly perfect. I have made comments on their online survey repeatedly commenting the horrible experience I get at the drive thru. Why can’t they get my order right as compared to all the other DDs I go to??? I hate to say this but I often go to another DD because I know it will be a worthwhile wait! Overall the place is clean and if you get what you ordered then it is worth the visit. I do get my free donut from the online survey ;)

This dunkin donuts almost always messes up my order! Also the staff don’t finish helping you before they start helping someone else, so of course your water ends up wrong. One of the most annoying thing is that they don’t keep the foods a good distance away from one another… My finances Danish tasted like an everything bagel.

I asked that they stir the iced latte before putting the whipped cream on top so this way when I stirred it it wouldn’t all dissolve. The cashier tells me of course that is how we do it anyhow. I guess I was speaking a totally different language because it came to me not stirred. Still only found 3DD’s out of several dozen that care enough to stir the bottom dwelling syrup. It could have been more stars if they gave a rats ass.

Pretty run of the mill dunkin. The drive thru line gets really long sometines(the M-F work crowd)… I find it easier just to park and walk in. There is a shantytown on the other side of the parking lot where homeless peeps like to hang out/live(?)… sometimes they wander over to the dunkin to beg or something… a lady scared me pretty good at the drive thru once demanding I buy her a sandwich… maybe thats why I usually just go inside?

This location is clean and has a lot of people working but the lines are always very long. The drive through is usually very backed up, so we would park and walk in. There is usually at least a 5 customer wait in the mornings. I understand that they are working the drive through and the in store line, but most of us are not having complicated orders. A faster and more efficient line management would bump this location up a few stars. All that being said, the coffee’s hot and fresh, and so are the pastries and sandwiches.

The lines here are way too long. Cashiers need to speed up their orders. Patrons are so freaking ghetto. At least the coffee is ALRIGHT!

Mediocre at best, after the last time I was there however I won’t be going back. The first time I went it was rush hour in the morning, they were as fast as they could be and I don’t hold that against them. The ladies at the counter are friendly for the most part and move as quickly as they can. My issue is out of the 5 or so times I have gone they have managed to mess my order up 3 times and the last time after screwing it up two times it came out with a hair in it. The hair was most definitely not mine. To clarify I ordered a plain bagel with butter. They gave me a croissant with cream cheese(??) the first time, I calmly explained I ordered a bagel with butter, the lady apologized and gave me a bagel with cream cheese next, I was still calm about it and asked again for a bagel with butter… this time the order was correct but there was a hair in it. Sticking out of the bagel. I threw it away and will never go back there again. This was not the first time this has happened to me there. I can wait until I get to work and stop at a DD there if I have to. I’ve had it with the one on Grand. I also agree with the guy complaining about the tip jar, especially at this location.

I hate this place, hate it with a passion. Yet I find myself here at least twice a week. The damn donuts, I can’t stay away. Oh Bahston cream, with your creamy filling on the inside, and your chocolate frosting and sprinkles on the outside, how much do I love thee? But what I hate is the big tip jar on the counter. This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts I know that actually has a tip jar. I dont get it. But not only that, but their drive-thru ALSO has a tip jar by the service window. Funny, right? Now I’m not cheap and I tip when I’m supposed to, or when the service has gone above and beyond my expectations. But giving a tip for making my coffee and getting my donuts? Hello, its your JOB!!! I can only wish someone would tip me for every time I ran a TPS report. so one star because its the minimum I can give, and one extra star for the bahston cream donuts.

No need to get out of your car here-it’s drive through service guys! Just a little heads up to those who like to cut corners in this area OR who love their coffee!!!
