Dunkin’ Donuts

Pretty good DD location. They clearly know how to handle large crowds

I will start by saying that I rate the coffee and food at Dunkin Donuts as pretty standard. Hard to screw up. This one is fine. Coffee tastes like it should, and was served hot. I haven’t ordered any food, but the donut selection looked pretty good.
The store itself is where I have some issues. It is relatively clean… although the garbage can was overflowing when I went there last… at 8:15am. Seems a bit early to already have an overflowing garbage.
The biggest issue is the size of the place. Yes, Size does matter I guess. It’s so small in here that the designer really need to think about how to maximize the space available. This was clearly not done. When you walk in if there are 2 people already in line you have the option to decide if the line forms directly behind them or to the left. If you choose directly behind then you have decided to form a line that will block the exit if 2 more people show up before the line moves. No one can get in or out without an awkward «Excuse me» dance. If you choose to move in, and let the line begin to form to the left… well now you have started a trend that will block anyone from turning from the counter without the possibility of spilled coffee. Forget the fact that you have now started a trend that will block the sugar and other sweeteners.
The whole set up is just very annoying when all you want to do is get in, get your coffee, and be on your way. Easier said than done here.

finally a decent cup of french vanilla light and sweet… NO complaints here. plus the staff is really nice. :) thanks for making my morning sweeter.

This place is like a well oiled machine. This store is small and sometimes the line makes its way out the front door but no matter how long the line is the wait always seems short.
The manager is very hands on and you always see him working the coffee machine. This speaks volumes in my opinion about the way the store is run.
I make a trip here at least once a day and I am always treated with courtesy. This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts. I wish I could replace the one by my house with this one.
