I come here at least once a month and always find what I need. The staff is extremely polite, friendly and attentive, and I always enjoy my experience here.

This place is a joke. Been here twice. Both times, the store was supposed to be open according to the hours posted on their door. First time, lights were on but door was locked. After I left, I saw someone appear to be walking inside. The second time, the lights weren’t even on. Not sure what the deal is but I definitely won’t be back.

Have been shopping here for the past 2 years, the service has been deteriorating. I got an email from gnc about free membership yesterday. It was an in store only promotion. I went to the store to find Mr. Sergio James Bell (Asst. Manager) … He had no clue about any promotion going on, and was downright rude and racial. He was arrogant to ghe point of being condescending. He checked the Email, I showed on my phone, but was claiming not to understand it. GNC should stop keeping dumb beefy guys at the counter, cos the store is about wholistic nutrition, not just body building. Also I have seen that the store in the Newport Mall has been racially profiling customers and the service varies based on race.
Like yesterday, Sergio tried to shut the store on my face at 8:30pm
And needless to say, they just lost one loyal customer for 3 years to a racist rant of rudeness.
