I have been going here for a while now because I live near by. Some pluses. They have a decent size selection of foods and services here. Prices are fair as well, though I think the cheap price really compromises the quality. Also, the two older ladies that work there are extremely friendly and helpful. They really make this place. The negatives are the quality of some of the food and also the owner himself. Right when you get the food you know its not great quality. This is likely due to the cheapness of the owner. And you can tell the owner is a jerk by the way he talks to his employees. He is an obvious«fake nice» to the customers. I know he’s cheap because any time he makes my food he gives you the bare minimum. To the point where I have trouble tasting the cream cheese on my bagel because he went cheap when applying the cream cheese. My suggestion is if you want something tasty and cheap, and don’t worry about quality, then this place is a good stop. But if you see the owner working the counter, turn around and go somewhere else. He’s is actually mean to his employees, seems always in a rush(like he wants you in and out), and is really cheap. He’s just not a person I want to give my money to.

Great prices and very friendly. You can do no wrong with a sandwich from here as they are affordable and good. The place would get 5 stars except if you order a chicken cutlet sandwich they use a frozen compressed chicken patty instead of the real thing. Please Jacobs deli fry some fresh chicken cutlets and stop cutting corners. Why be mediocre when you can be amazing? Even if you raise the price of the sandwich $ 1 – 2 it’s ok, people want real chicken.

Excellent food, cheap prices! They will customize any sandwiches for you also. People are always friendly when I go in. This is definitely my favorite deli!
