Rehearsed here twice, not the fanciest of places, but a good, solid space to rock out. Very casual atmosphere, employees are friendly and helpful.

OK, so JC Studios… nice, comfortable, and friendly guys with good prices. They work hard to keep you happy — which is rare in a studio. When is the last time you asked the guy at the desk for a patch cable, pedal, or different microphone and he jumps up to help? Right… never. These guys do.
Simple and nice place. About 6 minutes (srsly — including the walk) from TriBeCa/​FiDi and good prices.
We recorded our EP there as well — a nice recording set up with digital front-​end (Pro Tools, Macs, monitors, etc) with an awesome warm sounding vintage board, good microphone selection, and lots of toys to play with.
