Ive been coming to this family owned laundromat for 2 years, laundry is folded very neatly and always smells great. The owners truly care about their customers, always takes care of my family. Clean, efficient and helpful. 10⁄10

Do not get your laundry done here. Way over priced.

For the past year I have come here once a week and been happy. Until today when 2 shirts of mine were ruined. One was brand new and came out with bleach stains and holes. The other just had bleach stains. I asked if there was anything they were willing to do to keep my loyalty to the laundromat, the lady said it was my fault and they don’t do anything for ruined clothes. I understand it’s at your own risk since you are responsible for your detergent and self washing but an apology or offer for something would have been nice. Won’t be back!

I was convinced to drop off laundry a couple of years ago. It is close. Thus convenient. That said. .…uno star. It was Ok for a bit. When we did not pay attention. They often mis-matched socks and we had others’ laundry in ours — but that is. .…common. Did we pay for common? I suppose so. But when we started to bring our own detergent it got bad. It was likely always bad. First of all the industrial detergent they(and all laundry places, to be honest) use is toxic and an irritant to even my armadillo skin. We then started paying attention when we replaced the crap soap they used with our own. The ¾ use of a «50» use green detergent for 5 loads happened not once; not twice — but 5 times. I was told by a young woman there that she would happily use another patron’s organic detergent to fix the error. I explained that this was exactly the problem. In each other occasion no worker there claimed responsibility for the loss of the detergent and couldn’t promise the toxic crap they normally use wasn’t used on our stuff. After going to CTown(key foods) for replacement bottles on several occasions I had to pull my business. I do like the owners but the staff don’t give a F&*k. The girl there has her boyfriend there with his job stoppers and his and her cell phones on overdrive are a testament to post modern hellishness of service sector. Grrr..

Only giving one star because I can’t give zero. After trying this place out a few times, I will never go back. When my partner hit his head on one of the carts, an employee/manager proceeded to laugh about it and make fun of him in Spanish with her co-workers, perhaps assuming because we did not appear to be Latino that we wouldn’t understand. She then snatched another cart away from me while I was unloading the dryer. I was not happy about this and said we would not be returning as we were leaving, and she laughed. She then followed us out calling us «faggots.»

Not too crowded on weeknights, open til 9. Last wash at 7:30. Clean. I’m so sold on this place.

We use Lucky allll the time. They get the job done. There’s some mildly-annoying stuff you have to contend with, but I find it’s the same for every laundromat. A couple socks missing here and there, sometimes a few mystery socks that aren’t yours in your bag(this must be where mine are going?), the machines not all working the same(same amount of detergent, same size machine, one is sudsed-up like a maniac, other looks like there’s no soap at all), you know the drill. But overall, they’re not bad. 2 day turnaround has never disappointed.

One of the better laundromats around me. There’s always a person there, so I never feel unsafe leaving my laundry basket. It gets pretty busy around peak hours and days, but I’ve never had to fight for a machine. Machines work well, and they make sure to put a sign on those that happen to break down. They do have drop-off.

They’ve lost two items of mine, a shirt and a pair of pants. I’m not sure how exactly a dry cleaner loses an article of clothing, but that’s a deal breaker. They’ve also failed to have my stuff ready at the time they specified, with no notification. So I went out of my way to pick up the laundry, only to be told nonchalantly that I should try back tomorrow. Find somewhere else.

In the past year my boyfriend and I have definitely lost a few items of clothing, but nothing worth changing laudromats for… and this has been when we have dropped off our laundry — not when doing our laundry ourselves. Besides this they are friendly and dependable. It’s great knowing on most days we can pick up our laundry later in the day or the next day at the latest. Luckily for us we live close enough so that if we wash our laundry ourselves we can run back and forth from the apt instead of just sitting there watching our laundry spin around and around and around. Bring crisp singles if you can as sometimes their change machine is picky :)

Going here has always been a positive experience, which says a lot considering I only go here to do laundry. Very friendly owner/family(they’ll top ya off with a little bleach if you need it), I always find open machines, and there’s no messing with«laundry cards.» Just cash and carry!
