Echoing others’ reviews, this place was recommended by the DMV for printing out documents needed for my driver’s license application. When I went in there, I was told it would be $ 6. I nearly choked but because I was in a bind(they count on it), I agreed to the $ 6. They swiped my card on the square application and it brought up a signature page that I signed. I left the store. When I got the emailed receipt from square that evening, I noticed they had actually charged me $ 14. I called the next day and spoke to a gentleman at the store. I explained my situation and he said they’d refund the money but he’d have to do it the next day. I agreed and hung up. TWOWEEKS later, I noticed the money hadn’t been refunded. I called the store and spoke to the same lady that completed my transaction. She said the reason the money had not been refunded is because they actually charge $ 2/page and I had printed 7 pages which is why they charged me $ 14. I calmly explained that is NOT what she explained to me and that I expect a refund of the difference. She was very adamant that she had explained it. I asked who the owner of the store was and explained that I needed to speak with him. She said that he «wasn’t there» even though I heard him in the background and she would call me back even though she did not have my number. I told her that I would report the store to the BBB because they rip off immigrants, and that after I did that he would want to speak with me. I made her take my number and she hung up on me. She called back within 5 mins and told me that she could give me a refund but I had to come all the way back to the store to pick up the cash and she couldn’t refund my card. I will be making the trip based on principle but they are CLEARLY running a SCAM. Take it from me, walk the few extra blocks and go to the library. STAYAWAY!

This place was recommended to me by an official at the Motor vehicle commission for printing out a visa document for my driver license application. I am not sure what their ‘regular’ printing charges are but if you are printing the ‘specific document’ requested by the MVC, it will cost you an outrageous 6 dollars. Thats right, $ 6 for one single sheet of paper!!! The store owners are clearly taking full advantage of their proximity to the vehicle commission agency which was confirmed by their explanation that«it is all about supply and demand». There are numerous printing services including a UPS store within a two block radius from the agency(if only I had looked them up first instead of blindly following advice). Lesson learnt.

This place charges $ 6.00 to print a one page document that many immigrants coming to the DMV across the street need to process their paperwork. There is a public library 5 blocks down that charges $ 0.10 per page(and sometimes they just let you take it for free). They should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of immigrants, especially ones that may not speak English well. Disgraceful.
