Honestly, how hard is it to fake a smile for your job? The female employee on duty gave us attitude from the moment we walked up. I have now heard her yell four times at her other employees to «shut up.» Whether it be a joke or not, is that really something you do in front of costumes? Yikes. Other than that our orders were made in a timely fashion and up to Starbucks standards.

Can’t believe I gave them another chance. 20 minute wait. One employee on duty. She told me Target had only SCHEDULED one employee between 2−4pm on a Saturday. She had to leave to get bananas for smoothies and had no choice but to leave the counter unattended. Come on, Target. Stop taking advantage of your captive audience and abusing your employees. Put another person on the duty roster. Or two!

Very poor service, never smile, always takes their times when preparing an order, I stop here almost everyday, they have done new construction but need new people too !

I live in the area & the Starbucks is a hit or miss. There’s a nice guy who gives really great customer service. Today(1/30/164:00) the two females on duty were terrible. My attitude is just quit your job if you hate it. Starbucks isn’t cheap so You expect some courtesy. I suggest re-training or show the door.

Someone needs to fire these cackling ninnies and put in some real staff who understand customer service. They were closing at 5:45 on a Saturday night and when I asked what«she’s closed» means they just repeated themselves louder. When I asked, «do you mean STARBUCKS is closed?» They loudly yelled«YES!» When I walked just a few feet away they started laughing and remarking about how I couldn’t understand their nonsense. I will get my coffee before I go to Target now and avoid mockery. There are plenty of places where I can pay for a coffee and not get laughed at. Rude as hell.

Cons: Gentleman that works here is the most lifeless barista I ever met. Always acts miserable and never courteous with a «hello» or «you’re welcome». The place regularly runs out of caramel, can’t make frappuccinos, cups, etc. Pros: 2 ladies that work here are great and both with a very charming attitude! One is named Aniqua the other I forgot. They regularly give me tips on what to try next and always very patient with my son’s order. I will give the place a 4 but only because of these two, or else it would be a 1. I DON’T stop by unless I see these two there. Great job ladies!

Came at 8:30 and they were closed. Said they only have iced coffee. Poorly managed and insufficient inventory. Worst Starbucks inside a target.

Truly terrible. They haven’t figured out how to get the right products into the store. They are regularly out of venti cups and or lids, decaf coffee, big straws, and green tea. They haven’t had what I expect from every other Target Starbucks. The workers are competent and nice. The mgmt is terrible. It was closed this morning at 1230. They were still cleaning up last night’s shift’s mess. AaaaAAAArgh!!!

This Starbucks is located within the Target. For some reason, every time I try to get a drink, the employee is on break. I guess they only have one employee working most of the time. They just put up a sign that say what time they will be back at work. Expect a line and your drink to be spilling out of the cup in a mess. There are also little bugs flying around the food display case. Last time I ordered a green tea lemonade, they didn’t even use the same lemonade other Starbucks use. They probably just grabbed it from the produce section when they ran out. They also ran out of vanilla once when I tried to order a latte. The counters are also always dirty and you can tell they don’t keep things clean in the back. Basically, one of the worst Starbucks. Starbucks corporate should fix this place or just shut it down. I really need to stop coming here.

Karen helped me out when my app wasn’t working. Great attitude even when a line built up and she could have easily gotten flustered. Thanks Karen!
