I ķnow real pizza when I get it and this place is it. The slices are very filling and they work very fast. I’d still recommend calling ahead because this place gets busy especially around lunch hour.

I love their pizza with crunchy crust. A good pizza place around the corner. We usually go there in our break between classes.

I was craving a sicilian slice. I have yet to have a good sicilian slice. Not too happy with the wings either. Quality of chicken was similar to domino’s. I should have ordered domino’s. That’s what I get for listening to a drunk irishman telling me how great this place is.

The guys that work here are absolutely rude and impolite. They need to hire people with Better social skills. After all you are there to cater to customers. The pizza is delicious however because of the impolite service I stop going.

If you work in the Journal Square area, this is a good spot to grab a slice(or two) of pizza during your lunch break. They serve up bona fide New York Style pizza and do it quickly in this pizzeria on JFK Blvd. When you walk through the door, the pizza counter is up front, where you can order a slice to-go. You can also eat here. Towards the back of Three Guys, there are a number of tables where you can sit down. Aside from pizza, there are other item that you can order from their menu, which has many selections. I’ve had entrees, pastas, soups, and salads and they have been good(I’ve never made an order I’ve regretted). The soups are very good and flavorful. I like the pasta e fagiola and escarole and beans. They also have lunch specials, and, hey, who doesn’t like a lunch special deal? They also deliver, but I haven’t tried that yet. Because it’s easy to call in an order and pick up, that’s what I’ll opt to do. Anyway, try Three Guys and see for yourself.

The eggplant parm sub was not good. Too chewy, and bland. The pizza looked ok, so maybe I just ordered the wrong thing.

The pizza here is good. It’s only two dollars for a slice and their lunch specials are a good deal. The customer service is below par, in my opinion. I come here almost everyday to eat lunch, and the waitress will not greet me. The food is served fast. They charge you .50 cents for pizza sauce as well. One time I asked for a cup and they told me cups are only for soda. The location is in a busy area, and they are the only pizza place around so they will stay busy. The food is good, and the price is cheap.

I have a lot of fond memories with this pizzeria. Ever since I lived in Jersey City this was my go to spot for a quick bite. Even after highschool I stopped in here probably 4x a week with my best friend. The pizza is delicious! Perfectly crispy, good amount of cheese and sauce. Slice is $ 2.00 now, prices have gone up over the years but honestly, what hasn’t? They have tons of seating and even a small window on the side to order from, like a walk up window. Service is quick, fast and friendly. Location is great, they are usually busy but that’s a good thing, since your guaranteed to get fresh pizza each and every time. 3 guys has been around for yearssss, so obviously they are doing something right. I love em’ and glad they exist!

I miss the original location near the PATH station! Years ago, ‘3 Guys’ near the Path Station was one of the most famous places. They gave you big slices, and the sauce was amazing! This place is like any other neighborhood pizzeria. You come here for a quick slice when you have no other options. It’s a good local business, the staff is pretty quick and seem nice. But the slice doesn’t compare to how it was near the PATH station. The portions are much smaller and the slice itself is becoming thinner. Overall its a good place for a regular slice!

I ordered half pie of vegetable and half pie of chicken pizza. Well, the delivery was on time, but I got half chicken and half mushroom/onion pizza. Some reviewer compared 3 Guys for Italy to 2brothers pizza in NYC. For me and my friends 2Bros pizza is way better than 3Guys from Italy. Sauce on pizza was tasteless, no spices were added. I give it 2 stars because I was very hungry and ate 2 slices. One of my friends had not eaten even 1.

Very good pizza. Not the best i had but very good. Awesome soups, always hot and tasty. Fairly quick delivery. 3 stars because of interior. And… Guys, please use gloves while preparing the food… Ok… Come on…

Ahhh memories. This was the first pizza joint I’ve ever had in Jersey City. Back then it was located in Journal Square. First off, the pizza hasn’t changed a bit since I moved here, but that isn’t always a good thing. I continue to come here for the nostalgia more than the taste. These guys are meant for churning out slices, not to win awards. The quicker you figure that out, the more you will understand the reason why they’ve been around a long time. They get an extra star for bringing me back.

Pretty good pizza but they gave us broccoli instead of olive! Would order again, but would rather try something else first. Beats Papa John’s.

This was a favorite place of my wife’s when she was a kid, and I can easily see why. It’s located in Jornal Square and has been in business for around 60 years. And let me tell you, there’s a reason for that… the pizza is phenomenal! The crust is that perfect level of crispiness and the sauce is both sweet and savory. It’s so good, we went almost an hour out of our way to get it after leaving the pizza capital of the world. Do yourself a favor and try this place out… I guarentee you’ll have a great experience.

My friends and I just picked up a pizza from these folks a few days ago. Apparently, they have reduced the amount of toppings significantly and instead thickened the crust and dough. The sauce has changed as well, and it may contain significant amounts of MSG due to the amount of water I was forced to drink following our meal. Essentially, our pizza tasted like salted dough. The toppings and sauce were tasteless with the exception of their salt content. This place does not deserve two stars, but again, because it keeps the neighborhood going, I’m giving it the same rating as what I gave the McDonald’s across the street.

As previous reviewer mentioned: watch closely because sanitation is not priority. Especially during such a bad flu season its easier to notice but I’m also SAFE certified and handwashing when touching food is a big deal to me. Their cashier serves the food as well, which is fine except when handling money then touching food. Their handwash sink was unusable since a bucket holding the ice was for drinks in it so neither the cashier nor the baker could use for handwashing. Gloves weren’t around either so they went task to task without doing so. Recommendation: there is a sink, use it! Or at least get cheap gloves like subway does. Besides that the pizza tasted good and price excellent– just wasn’t the most comforting thing having seen her touch the food after touching money and it was with the 4, 5 guests after/before us as well so is obviously common practice(we had to wait for special order so lots of opportunity to watch).

The BEST pizza in Jersey City and probably TOP5 in New Jersey. The $ 1.75 is cheap compared to other pizzas that’s probably $ 2.50 or more but taste like Pathmark Pizza. Now that they deliver to places in The Square, I’m calling them up every Friday.

I’ve been going to Three Guys ever since I was a little kid. They moved a few years ago from their previous location at the PATH station to their new place on Kennedy Blvd. However the quality of the pizza is still the same: fantastic. It’s best to eat the slices at the restaurant when they’ve been taken fresh out of the oven. This is easily one of the top 10 pizza spots in the NYC/NJ area. One unfortunate result of the dwindling economy is the surge in the price for one slice to $ 1.75. When I was a kid it never went past the $ 1.00 mark. Also, since it’s in the Journal Square area, the back of the restaurant where there’s seating is a little unhygienic. I don’t even dare to go into the bathroom. All in all though if you want to pick up a quick slice or two right after work, this is the place to go.
