VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. After my order she was still cooking hash brown and when it was ready she was serving hash brown to other Coustomer who order after me. When I ask why are you serving other Coustomer who came after me. She didn’t have answer to give me and make me wait again while she was cooking hash brown. Very poor service

Their new app gives you a free sandwich but this store won’t honor it. Their staff are not familiar with how to scan codes or manually input it. Therefore your treated badly because of their ignorance. Avoid the app.

«Wha d’ya want?» Great start! I order a chicken wrap meal with water… They give me a bottle of water. I ask for a paper cup for my water. «No». Can I have a coffee cup? «No». May I please have any cup? «No» …Sigh.

No problems with the food or staff but they do a horrible job keeping homeless people/​beggars/​and people with an odor out of there. Expect to be asked for your change on the way in, AND on the way out. It gets pretty dicey at night too.

Average food, quality has to be improve a lot, fully water on the floor in restrooms, soda glasses on the floor, compared to subway opposite this is nothing,

Had awsum food last night… excellent service. …special thanks to patty, nirobi, diane… any time I go… they always receive me with a smiling face… cheers.

This place is the worst place i visit. The place is dirty and smell is bad. They did not clean the tables well. And The security guy is terriblely rude.

Security issues aside, I cannot fathom the positive reviews of this place. I have lived in the JSQ area for over eight years now and have dropped by here around a dozen times, the last time being a few months ago. Every visit was marred by the obvious saltiness of the food, and every time I walked out wanting to drink a few whole bottles of water.
The only reason this branch does not obtain a one-​star review from me is the fact that it is open ²⁴⁄₇ and does keep the neighborhood going.
My personal recommendation is to visit the location on Newark Ave instead. Better yet, if you have a car, the location on ¹⁄₉ in North Bergen is preferable.

I came here Friday night for dinner well I was in line these three products of great parents (not really) skip the whole 10 deep line and placed their order (i dont expect the cashiers to say anything because really the mcd pay rate isnt worth a fight) so i called em out and got into argument so a guy who called himself the security guard of the place (Spanish guy with tattoos and a black shirt) instead of doing his job and telling the girls to get in line (because he seen the whole thing because he stands by the counter) He takes their side and wants to fight me because he feels disrespected because i asked him why is he here if hes not going to do his job and followers me out of the store to try to fight me. I don’t understanding hiring a security guard who is looking to hurt the customers when his job is to protect the place and i hope the customers in it. I wont be going back here again

Open 24/​7, next to the PATH Jsq train station and other shops/​restaurants, and it’s pretty good. Parking is on street.
