A cheesy bagel with warm coffee is what this place has to offer. Order a to-go for your breakfast and walk towards the boardwalk to have an outstanding view of Manhattan Skyline or Statue of Liberty while enjoying your bagel. They have no sitting setup. Definitely worth a try.

This place is great for to-go coffee + sandwiches + bagels. It’s a tiny but cozy spot with no seating inside but its definitely great for a quick java fix. They also have a TON of mediterranean options on the menu! Haven’t tried their rotisserie chicken just yet but I’ve definitely eyed them roasting a few times and they look delicious! My new favorite to-go coffee spot near my house!

I’ve passed by this place so many times to get to Sam A.M. I honestly didn’t really notice it from the outside until yesterday. I was looking to try something different and stopped in here for lunch. It’s very small and quaint, lunch items are right above you while breakfast items are on the side to the right. I vaguely remember stopping in here once to get a drink, but I never tried their food until now. I ordered the Turkish Club for myself and the Rotisserie Chicken wrap for my boyfriend. We ended up splitting the sandwiches half and half so we could sample both. I really like the Turkish club. The sauce and spices were very unique and flavorful. It may be overwhelming if you haven’t had something like it before. My boyfriend didn’t like it much. I think after having such a flavorful sandwich, my taste buds felt the rotisserie chicken wrap was a little bland. I don’t think it’s fair for me to judge. I need to have it another time. My boyfriend really enjoyed it though. The rice and chicken were cooked perfectly and the tahini sauce is nice. Overall, had a pretty good lunch here and will come back! I really want to try the rotisserie chicken for dinner next time.

I love eating here. The babaganoush, the sundried tomato pita, the hummus and taboule are the best, fresh and so delicious!

This place is excellent. Food is fresh, place is adorable. My go to for days when I don’t want to make my own breakfast or lunch. If you are looking for a quick grab and go, they have a nice selection of pastries. For made to order food, you’ll have to wait a few minutes but it’s definitely worth it.

I have been to Two Aprons so many times that I have lost count. My team and I love coming here to grab a quick lunch to-go and it leaves me satisfied every time. I usually get the Rotisserie Chicken wrap or Kofta(Turkish meatball) wrap, which comes with lettuce, tomatoes, rice, and tahini sauce. Make sure to ask for extra tahini sauce because I find their wraps to be on the dry side! Each one is around $ 7.50(the tax is included already in the price). **This is a small hole-in-the wall eatery, so no seats to sit down.

Ok seriously — drop everything you’re doing and go pick-up or order a chicken from this place. They have THE best rotisserie chicken in town! First of all, the chicken is all natural, cage free and no hormones so that is a HUGE plus. Yes it costs a bit more than other rotisserie chicken places in the area, but completely worth it. Their babaganoush is equally delicious! The right balance of creamy and chunky eggplants, with the true smoked eggplant taste that you get when you’re down in the Mediterranean! Absolutely my go to place when I feel like a simple chicken take-out or delivery dinner. I have not been here for their breakfast, but will definitely give it a try now! The only reason I am giving them a 4 star instead of 5 is that they do not have an «eat-in» option really. Only one small table if you’re lucky enough to be the one. :) They accept Visa and MasterCard or cash, but not Discover or Amex. Be prepared.

They are always out of something, or the food is not ready… Really??? I was there today to pick up a ¼ of a chicken and small potatoes… It was not ready, and I asked if they would deliver… The answer I got was there is a $ 20 minimum and a $ 1.75 delivery charge??? they are charging a delivery fee to someone who went there and they were not ready??? They have lost a customer for $ 1.75

I’ve only had two of their sandwiches here, but both were great! The first time I ordered the Big Blue Tartine which consists of tuna, capers, scallion, tomato and homemade hummus, an interesting combo. The sandwich was unfortunately cold, but tasted great with the hummus. One side of the sandwich had a lot of scallions and capers, and the other side had next to none. Tuna sandwich was good, but chicken sausage is where it’s at. Some sausage sandwiches are one note and bland, but this wasn’t. I really liked the texture and flavor of the chicken sausage with the overflowing grilled vegetables(eggplant, zucchini, peppers, onion). Best part was it was on this nice crusty ciabatta roll instead of a soggy bun. $ 8.75 well spent.

Chicken sandwich was fairly bland. Also, the hours listed here are incorrect. They close earlier during the summer. On Saturday they’re only open until 4pm. They never update their website to correctly reflect their business hours. Very unreliable and I wouldn’t bother going out of my way to this place. As of 10/18, they’re closed on Sundays.

Unilocaled bagel places in jersey city and came across this one. They had good reviews so i stopped by. I ordered 2 everything bagels one with cream cheese and the other with butter. I found service to be very slow considering it wasn’t crowded and they had two people in the back. Anyway i paid 5.75 fot two bagels that tasted good but prices are more than what I’d pay at panera!

I really wanted to love this place. Its incredibly cute, the people are so sweet, the price is right, but I just could not love the food. Mind you, we showed up semi-late in the afternoon on a weekday to grab lunch so that could be it, but the food just tasted a little bland to me. I needed to ask for hot sauce to give it some sort of a zing. I’ll try it out again for breakfast and maybe at a normal hour to see if it helps it any.

Food: 4 Stars Service: 3.5 Stars Came here for lunch with a couple of friends today and have to say that it was quite a nice experience. We ordered mostly the panini/ciabata options on the menu to make it quick. It took a while for them to make our sandwiches, but definitely understandable given a two person operation they weren’t used to a lunch rush. I had the fortune of trying both the turkish club and the chicken makdoos. Both were delicious and filled with lots of chicken. I especially enjoyed the turkish club because it had a lot of interesting flavors in the sauce including a hint of curry flavor. Ciabatta was toasted to perfection and had a nice crunch to it along with very creamy aoli.

The food is very fresh, unique & delicious. The sundried tomato pita is awesome. The sandwiches are awesome(try the Club) & their sides are awesome(try to baba ganoush) … Authentic & wholesome food. And they deliver! Lucky to have them in the neighborhood. P. S. It’s small inside so this is more of a «take out» or delivery kind of a place.

Had a wonderful lunch here both with a Turkish touch. Had the blackbean, chicken, and chorizo soup and the roast chicken salad. Fresh squeezed/made strawberry lemonade. Everything was freshly made and so healthy. Have to go back and get their infamous rotisserie chicken!

Found this place by accident while browsing for a new lunch spot. I stopped in to pick up a rotisserie chicken after reading all the killer reviews. I didn’t realize Sunday is the only day they don’t make rotisserie chickens, but I was in luck as there was one left over from the night before that a customer had not picked up. I would have loved a fresh bird, but I knew there was no way I could make it back there during the week. So I took that bad boy home and reheated it in the oven for 15 minutes. WOW. Probably the best rotisserie chicken I’ve ever head. The spices(some combination of oregano, rosemary, etc.) were incredible. And it was roasted to perfection. Super juicy on the inside; perfectly crispy on the outside. I’ll definitely be back. The owner was also super nice!

What is there to say about Two Aprons? I’ve been going her for about 4 – 5 years now and it never disappoints. Literally, I have never walked away from here wanting more or better in the entire time I’ve been coming. I used to frequent this place when I worked downtown but now I don’t get to make it in as much as I’d like to, sadly. I am most partial to their breakfast(egg and cheese bagel with turkey bacon or pastrami if I’m feeling fancy). And their coffee is sooo good! Love the lattes. But I also love their lunch sammies. And don’t get me started on the fresh squeezed oj and strawberry lemonade! The quality of the food is always great and fresh. I often see the owner in the store and we say our happy hellos. He always points out when I haven’t been in for awhile. Which makes me feel special lol. Along with breakfast and lunch, you can order whole roasted chickens and sides. Ready made dinner! But be sure to order your chicken early cause they sell out pretty quick during the day!

Obsessed with the roast chicken. The smell calls to you from down the block. And if you’re lucky enough to get some of the potatoes that cook in the chicken drippings, well, then, you are blessed. I’ll stop in for coffee and a croissant from time to time, but the coffee prep does take a bit longer than I normally have time for. That’s my only beef.

In an endeavor to support local businesses and based on the strong reviews for this establishment i decided to pay a visit here. First off, i like the fact that it is small, very easy to communicate with the staff, which is only 2 guys«hence 2 aprons», and that they offer different options for your coffee. I came here for a simple breakfast only ordering a yogurt lemon poppy seed muffin and a latte, because i knew that the muffin was cold i asked for it to be either toasted or warmed which seemed to bother the guy on the register. The cook, however, didn’t mind at all. For my latte i was offered choices of whole milk, 2%, half & half or almond, i asked for 2%. After they were finished putting everything together it was time to pay. The order came to about $ 5.30, i take out my debit card and i am told that there is a 7 $ minimum for the card. I have no cash on me so i figure maybe this guy will be a gentleman and just take the debit. Nope! He repeats the rule to me forcing me to get a ginger ale that costs about 3 $, which is ridiculous. All in all, the food didn’t thrill me at all, the latte was meh, muffin was meh, but my aggravation was much higher than it all. May or may not return.
