Knights Inn Baltimore – South Jessup

This place is the dumps! No towels in room. went down to front desk. girl Jamie said she would send a porter up with our towels.1 hr later no towels. called front desk from my cell phone because phone in room doesnt work… Guy answered and said they were changing shifts. He would send someone up with towels. Its 12:59 am. still no towels! Bed is hard… dirt is a inch deep on pipes. Not good at all! Won’t be back!!!

Suggestion– don’t come here at all… Rooms are like 30 year old with pipes hanging from the ceiling. Beds harder than cement, stinky pillows. Sheets don’t seem clean. Managements crummy. It’s basically a trucker inn. People smoke in the halls who knows what there smoking…

Literally the crappiest hotel I’ve stayed in in North America. This hotel is built into a highway rest stop so you check in at the gas station /​convenience store downstairs. You can buy beef jerky and pine tree air fresheners in the lobby.
Here it’s 1970’s Arkansas. Fridge or Microwave? Nope. Coffee thing? Not happening. Keycard? Wouldn’t have thought I’d miss it, but the key broke off in the lock the first morning.
No good reason to stay here. There’s a Red Roof Inn 2 minutes away that’s perfectly fine and just as cheap.

Spend your money somewhere else! They refuse to start the check in process until exactly 2:00 so we ended up standing in a line of maybe 10 people waiting for 40 minutes. The bed was so hard it literally felt like I was sleeping on a hard floor. The pillows are also very flat. The light switch did not work so you have to manually turn on the lamps. The shower was not in good condition. It was peeling and the drain cover was not attached to the shower. People a couple of rooms down claimed that their water was brown at first coming out of the faucet. I know that this hotel is cheap in price but I have been to many other ones that are the same price or cheaper and are in much better condition.
