This McDonalds is terrible. Every time I go there my order is messed up. Not sure how they can mistake 2 10 piece nugget meals for 2 double quarter pounder with cheese meals. But last night I went through the drive through, ordered 5 meals and 1 chicken wrap. They charged me for 4 meals and then just a chicken sandwich and a soda. When I got to the 2^nd window with my receipt I noticed that they had once again messed up a simple order. I informed that lady at the pick up window that i was missing 1 fry from my order. She wanted immediately got an attitude stating that NO YOU ONLY GOT 4… I told her that it was supposed to be 5 meals and that I had gotten the 5 sodas. She went an spoke with the manager who told her I could pay the $ 2.10 extra for the missing fry. Are you kidding me? You messed up and I have to pay for it? The manager would not even come to the window to tell me him or her self. This is craziness. I advised them that I would not be returning to this location and that I would be posting my review on Unilocal.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and they NEVER GET ORDERS CORRECT.

Why are you using Hershey’s syrup for the hot fudge Sunday 3 times now Ive been and seen you using this. That is not the hot fudge you traditionally use!!!

I live in the area of this mcd’s, I also avoid this place at all cost! I agree with the review before! I’ve been here at all hour, poor service, food cold, and the coke is flat.
They win: Worst McDonald’s Ever! That says a lot!

Ok so I dont normally go to McDonalds, but this one is really close to my place and has a Redbox inside. How can any human resist getting some goldenly goodness (fries) when they go rent a movie from the Redbox? Nearly impossible! So yeah, this place is pretty standard as McD’s go, but the place is a lot cleaner than most, and hardly ever busy.
The staff is pretty standard as far as attitude and work ethic. Pretty much dont care about the customers are good customer service, but like I said this is McD’s so im not expecting better, so I am never disappointed by it.
I will keep coming here as long as the Redbox is there and the fries are warm! Use caution when coming here there, lol

Ordered two apple pies here. A place to hear what two supervisors were wanting to talk about. Place appeared empty such that service seemed light speed fast.

And the food is no longer worth the bad customer service. The food hasn’t gone down hill, but the service has just gotten too bad.
Here’s an example, today I got two breakfast burritos, which are supposed to come with hot sauce, I like to get one or two extra for the has browns so I asked for a total of four. At the microphone the person kept getting the number wrong. Finally, when the screen said 3, I thought discretion was the better part of valor and settled for that. However, when I got home, there was no sauce at all. I don’t know whether it was incompetence or spite, but it wasn’t there and that is unacceptable.
I will now offically say, don’t go her unless you have no other options. The bad part is, though, that all the other fast food places in this little area suck even worse.
