I used to live in the building upstairs so this was definitely my go to place. When this place first opened I got the best most relaxing and refreshing facial I have ever had.(I used to work at a spa and it was nothing compared to the facials their). The owner Lee and her husband Tran are so nice, they make you feel like family. I am surprised how she remembers all her customers and details about their life, not just the regular small talk either. Also, if you are a walk in and they are busy they will let you know and give you a better time to come back and wont let you sit around starring off into space for an hour until someone can help you. Another thing I love about this place, is that its so clean(even though everything is mainly white or off white in there) and sanitary. I am very particular about my feet and this is one of the only places I am comfortable letting touch them. Not to mention they take their time and you really get to relax during the pedicure, its not a rushed process.. My best friends still goes here often. I flipped her against her other nail salon when I brought her to Mission Nails lol. I haven’t been in a while since I moved but I miss this place and need to stop by soon.

This place is horrible and unprofessional! Unfortunately it was close to my house so naturally I came here with my cousin to try it out… After I already paid and tipped to get my nails done the manager rushed my cousin and I out of the store before we could even finish drying our nails. The manager rushed us out so he could close the shop early his response was that«you need to leave» this place is either racist or just plain unprofessional I do not understand why any business would treat their clients/customers this way. Closing early is something customers should be informed of ahead of time, waiting for a customer to finish drying nails is common courtesy, and being rude and unprofessional. well that is just not good business. I will NEVER even drop a penny in this facilities’ parking lot… they do not deserve a dime!

I never write reviews, but this place was horrible and it needed my review. The worst service ever, DONOTGOHERE!!! I went with my cousin today and the guy that did her nails was rude and unprofessional. While I was drying my nails there was ten minutes to close and the manager, THEMANAGER was like you need to leave, all because they wanted to close the shop ten minutes early. Unfortunately, I had already paid and tipped before the manager bluntly told me that I couldn’t stay there. I was in shock that a manager of a business behaved so unprofessionally. I will be never going back. Save your money and give your business to someone who values it. I also posted the same review on google for this place!

I went here today to get a regular manicure. First things first, this place has a very small selection of polishes to choose from. Second, the tools used for my manicure came from one of those sealed bags that show that they have been cleaned. However, I didn’t see the tech open the bag. But, because he sprayed alcohol on the cuticle scissors it would be my guess that those bags are just for show. This is disturbing in an of itself. The polish job was actually pretty good, but when nail polish got onto my skin the nail tech wiped it with his finger smudging it on my skin. At the end of the manicure he made no attempt to clean it off. He seemed to be in a hurry to get to his next client. Basically I paid $ 17 for a manicure that it appears I did myself. Side note: The manicure cost $ 12 but because they made me pay ahead of time I tacked on a $ 5 tip before seeing the end result. Summary: Won’t be going back.

I should have known I was making a terrible decision going into this nail salon without any patrons NOT A SINGLEONE! After receiving nail service I understand why this place is a ghost town. The owners wife is the most rude and disrespectful business owner I have ever come across. I returned to the spa in less than 5 days after receiving what I thought was a full gel set which was chipping and cracking all over the place which turned out to be acrylic after requesting gel. The rude wife stated«I don’t see anything wrong so I don’t know how to help you because you picked it» After asking her if she was serious and telling her that I have never had gel nails crack with failing polish in mere days her response was«how long do you expect it to last 1 month, 6 months, a year? I will fix but you have to pay as she began to speak a language I don’t understand to the others WHAT?! Really?! I just payed a few days ago I’m not paying for squat! DONOTPATRONIZE a business that is so rude to its customers. Angry that I have to give a single star to post. NOSTARS!!!

I absolutley love the service, but my nail paint started chipping fairly quick. I had both my feet and hands done by the owner. She took her time and made my experience super pleasant. I will definitely be going back to see her!

My new spot for outstanding service and quality manis and pedis! My daughter called me last weekend to tell me the owners of this salon are the former owners of Sapphire nails further south on Route 1. We used to go to their salon exclusively, but when the salon changed ownership, so did the level of service. Mr. & Mrs. Tran have been in the beauty business for 21 years and understand how to deliver excellent customer service! The salon is gorgeous with simple clean lines of décor that lend to a relaxing experience. They are running a special now, but even without the special the prices are comparable to other salons in the area. Leave the hustle and bustle of the mall and come by for a great experience!
