I had the pink dragon bowl and it was topped with fresh coconut, strawberries and granola with honey drizzled. It was delicious and I really enjoyed it. I paid about $ 8 for it but you can cut the cost by asking for a smaller one. Overall a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it for people looking to stay towards the healthier side

I hadn’t been to Luv-a-bowl in a while and OMG I had the Pink Dragon bowl!!! It was amazing I have never tasted anything like it. It’s made with Pitaya fruit from Asia. It’s my new fav thing! You have to try it!!! The staff is so awesome!!!

I know it’s super«basic white girl» food, but don’t think you’re too cool for this small, amazing place. I have gotten the Johns Creek bowl and the Pink Dragon bowl(my favorite) and it’s consistently awesome every time. Pretty pricey for a bowl/cup of what feels like just a delicious smoothie with fruit and honey on top, but it’s so good and definitely worth it. A healthy, light meal — great for after a workout or a place just to meet up and chat with someone over a yummy acai bowl. Tip: if you do not like one of the things in the bowl/cup, you can simply ask to not have it in/on top of the bowl/cup. I don’t like coconut, so I always just ask for it not to be on top. The people who work here are so nice and will help you with any accommodations you have to the menu no problem!

I had an amazing experience at luv a bowl. I am a vegetarian so it’s hard to find a filling meal under 10 bucks, but my «Johns Creek» bowl was delicious and a great meal replacement.

A place that charges $ 8 for a bowl of cereal? Real do-gooders, right. Hope they pay their people more than minimum wage then! I was going to apply for a job at this place but don’t want to help RIPPEOPLEOFFFOR $ 8BOWLSOFGRANOLA. YOUWANTHEALTHY? PAYUP.

This was a great, healthy option for lunch. I had the«Mars Mango Bowl,» and it did not disappoint. It was filling and delicious. I loved the coconut and granola toppings. The place was crowded, but not uncomfortably so. Service was friendly and very efficient. The décor was modern and fun. The only potential drawback was the $ 8 price tag. But I will probably still return!

This place is good– no doubt. I think in the boring city of Johns Creek, something like Luv-A-Bowl is new and exciting so yes, everyone likes it. However, it is nothing special. It’s just simple acai bowls– things I could make at home with acai berry and frozen bananas. With that being said, I believe that this place is so overpriced. $ 6 for a tiny acai bowl?! it’s just not worth it to me.

Neil Special is great. Very filling and ‘earthy’. Entire family liked it, and will be back. Great alternative to other smoothie places.

My first time having an acai bowl, I didn’t know what to expect. I got the chocolate peanut butter bowl. It was very filling and had protein powder in there. Topped with bananas and granola. Chocolate almond milk gives it nice flavor. Not my kind of snack but many people like them.

This place is the ! I tried the Johns Creek Bowl & the Limealicious bowl… Sooo sooo good! The people there are always super friendly & go out of their way to serve you. Last time they even brought water out for my doggie without asking. Def a place you want to check out if you’re in the area!

This place was awesome with very friendly service. Everything was prepared in a timely manner and tasted great. The only thing I would advise is for the menu to either state that honey is in the acai bowls, or give the customer the option to have honey in their bowl or not. Besides that this place was great, and we will be returning soon.

I love this place! The acai bowls are such a refreshing and healthy treat on a hot day. Also very filling, so I usually just eat it for lunch, or a post-workout meal. I always get the Johns Creek bowl, but to be completely honest, I’ve tried a couple of their bowls and I think they all taste pretty similar(besides the chocolate and peanut butter one). Super friendly workers who are willing to explain everything to you. I don’t THINK I noticed the signs mentioning that the ingredients were organic, but everything tastes very fresh.

This may be my first 5 star review given on Unilocal! But this masterpiece disguised as an Acai Bowl truly deserves it! First time at Luv-A-Bowl so wasn’t too sure what to expect, however I left very satisfied! I’ve had tons of Acai bowls in NY, some done right with the Acai berry pressed slowly and the nutrients kept in tact versus some juice concentrate smoothie mixes. The perfect blend of healthy and sweet at Luv-a-bowl. I definitely recommend the Popeye bowl for the healthy consumer who doesn’t mind throwing a bit of kale or Spinach in almost anything. Must try!

I love lug-a-bowl. I don’t live in Georgia anymore but when I did I would go at least twice a week. I love replacing their bowls as a meal and it is super healthy! It is a little bit pricier but it’s worth it since all the ingredients are fresh. There are usually only three workers, I believe it’s a family business. The staff is friendly and helpful when it comes with making a choice for which bowl to get! The best bowl in my opinion is the Johns Creek Bowl. It has the natural flavor of the acai and the best toppings. I would stay away from the PB bowl because it is on the heavy side and doesn’t have the same consistency as the acai bowl(more liquidy).

I’ve gone here a few dozen times… Kinda a regular there. As for the review about limited flavors, Acai berries are the base of all the bowls, they mix in mangos, spinach. and other good stuff that makes them very healthy. I order the Popeye most of the time unless they got specials. Use Level-Up app and get a free bowl. Acai berries and fresh fruits cost money, the bowls are a good value there. I recommended Luv a Bowl to all my friends, simply amazing bowls!!!

I’ve been searching for an acai café for the longest and finally found one in Georgia! I absolutely loved it here! I went early in the day around 12, therefore it seemed to be pretty calm. I ordered a small«love-a-bowl». It appeared to be pretty tiny, but was very filling nevertheless! I definitely plan to return to try other bowls, smoothies and even their special acai bowls!

After coming here fairly often for a month or two, I realized I could make better and healthier acai bowls at home. I LOVE eating out and whatnot, but if I’m going to pay $ 7+, it has to be something I can’t make in literally less than five minutes at my house. Luv-a-bowls acai bowls seem very banana-heavy now, and I can’t help but feel there’s not much acai there. This place is fine, really, and if I were in the are and needed a moderately healthy quick snack, I might go back. Otherwise, I think I’ll just fire up my vitamix when the acai bowl mood strikes. Oh– and I saw that one star review about the dog(which apparently is a service dog in training!). Chill out, lady. I wish more places were dog friendly like this!

Lovely concept and taste so good too, but I have a question, are you allowed to keep a dog in a place like this? And this puppy/dog sits on the couches that we sit on and is roaming around in the kitchen/food prep area. I’m sorry to give you bad ratings cause if it wasn’t for the unsanitary conditions I would have given you a 4 star rating. Also, the owners have to consider people that have allergies to dogs(it’s not a hypoallergenic dog either). This is definitely a liability issue. If the situation doesn’t change I’m definitely not coming back; although I really would have loved to come back and enjoy a fruit bowl here
