Smoothie King

On a health tip so most of the time when I leave the gym or on lunch break, a smoothie from here is a must. Been to other locations but this is my favorite one

I’ve been here multiple times on my way to work. The employees are always friendly and since I’m predictable and don’t change much I usually don’t have to voice my orders, just pay and wait. The service is great and the smoothie’s are always perfect. Please support this store, the entire work crew is great.

Craving a smoothie, so we popped into Smoothie King. They have a huge menu of smoothies. It was actually hard to choose which one I wanted, but I decided on a yogurt one with strawberries. It was really good, but it tasted like it had tons of sugar in it, and it probably did. They have a calorie count next to each smoothie, which was nice so you can know what you’re about to consume if that matters to you. I definitely like their variety, and I’m sure once summer rolls around I’ll be coming a lot more. There are other smoothie places that offer more healthy choices though. All that sugar can’t be good for you, but boy does it taste good!

This is my favorite location because of the drive thru. I am a female so this statement is not intended to be prejudicial but the guys make better smoothies here than the women. I don’t know what it is, but the women smoothie makers lack good flavor, where as the men have the smoothie tasting like some good drugs.

I visited this location on 5÷13÷14, and it was a first as I am new to the area. Long story short-​I ordered a smoothie I didn’t like, so asked for a different kind. The staff was accommodating and remade it to my liking. I thought everything was good to go until, who appeared to be the manager emerged behind the counter, and began to berate his employees in front of me and other customers for «voiding» an item that was sold. Then, he proceeded to question me on whether I purchased the smoothie or not. He was very unprofessional and demeaning; it’s one thing to retrain employees at the proper time for not adhering to procedure, but it’s another to put them and question a paying customer. It’s truly a shame (for business and self), as I am a member of LA Fitness directly across the street from this convenient location.

Service is fast and the drive thru is convenient. Staff seemed friendly, and my smoothie was perfect. I would choose this location over some of the others I have been to.

Friendly upbeat feel to the place. Right next to Planet Fitness and across the street from Kroger. There’s a drive thru, but you can also opt to go in person for the friendly service.
I first came here to use a coupon I had gotten in the mail. I got the Green Tea Tango and went with mango as my fruit since the employee recommended it. It was surprisingly good.
The overall low stars for this place is from one person’s review. Don’t let that deter you from visiting this place. In the span of the 10 mins I was here, looking at menu and enjoying my drink, easily a dozen customers came through. It was Saturday afternoon.

I got a coupon in the mail and on the expiration date, I decided to go with bf to take advantage of the «Buy one large smoothie, get a small one free» deal. When I checked in and noticed the rating, I was mildly concerned but with a free smoothie on the line, I took the chance.
There was someone in line already, he looked like he just got out of the L.A. Fitness from across the street or the Planet Fitness located behind Smoothie King. Either way, he was wrapping up his transaction and seemed to be in good spirits (which made me think that things were going smoothly and service was not bad). I got to the counter but was overwhelmed by the variety that was listed on the wall (I think it was a black chalkboard) so I had to ask for some time to make my decision.
When I landed on trying the matcha green tea smoothie and bf said he wanted the one with pineapple, strawberries, and some other tropical flavors, I warned the guy at the register that I had a coupon, to which he said, «Sure!» I asked for a suggestion about what fruit complemented green tea in his opinion and he told me that many clients who request that smoothie get it with mango. I trusted his advice and gave him our orders (we requested no added sugar, which is a great option to offer). Someone else started making one of the drinks and when he finished taking my payment, he went back there and started the second one.
The drinks were done pretty quickly (maybe 3 – 4 minutes?) and we took the styrofoam cups and left. I tried my smoothie as soon as I got in the car and was in love. Seriously, the matcha flavor melded so well with the mango. It was light and refreshing and just what I wanted for breakfast that morning (after a heavy eating day the day before). Bf loved his tangy smoothie (I took a sip and made a sour face immediately – I just can’t understand his love of tartness).
We would go back when in the mood for a smoothie. No issues with service or smoothie quality at all.

I like this location it’s on my way to work & the customer service is on par. Every time I’ve been here the staff has always been friendly & quick. Now as far as negatives go I’m not a fan of getting in and out of this strip mall. If you are going against traffic getting out of here I hope your not trying to do it during rush hour.
