I was very happy with the visit. Very professional staff, nice, did a good job, affordable, new office. I had some freckles removed/​laser. I am not sure about the other comment on here about the «membership being a ripoff». I haven’t seen anyone beat the prices of that for monthly visits actually but it is up to each person if they want to pay by visit or join the membership plan I guess. In either case I was happy and will go back.

WATCH OUT! I purchased 2 half off depot vouchers in hopes to test out a new laser facility due to some prior bad experiences that were painful and didn’t work. The first time I went in, they were very nice and it went well. I went back in for my 2nd apt. and they said they couldn’t accept my voucher unless I signed up for their membership program. I explained that I wanted to test out a new place before committing to anything in case it didn’t work. The voucher was for UNDERARMS… nothing major. They refused! Bad customer service!!! They are only trying to push their monthly program which is a rip off! BE CAREFUL! Good business ethics extend/​honor offers to promote additional business.

I have tried laser hair removal off and on for the past 6 years. I have tried the numbing cream and aspirin but still found the lasers painful UNTIL I unexpectedly tried renew this week. The facility is clean, staff very friendly and lasers amazing! There is a suction but no sting or pain. I can’t wait to start the monthly unlimited areas for $ 99/​month
