I am a little confused as to why the girl at the counter works there she clearly doesn’t want to and her attitude is awful! The sneer on her face when asked basic shipping questions is so off putting that my husband wanted to take our shipment to another store but alas we left it in her grudging hands. The owner or manager clearly is unaware or simply doesn’t care that her attitude is the face of their business and is a big factor in my never returning to that location again even if it means driving to James Island or West Ashley. Also the other woman working there which I will say was at least helpful in answering a simple question of «will it be shipped today?» rolled her eyes when another customer asked her a question. So the horrible service wasn’t just for us they share it all around!

This UPS franchise should be avoided. I paid for packing services and gave written instructions regarding insuring the large ceramic items which were then improperly packed, and uninsured. UPS came to inspect the broken items in the packaging at the receivers, and found it badly done. This UPS store has had my phone number for months, and should stand behind it’s work, but I am afraid that Jim, the owner, is not honorable, so stay away!
