Super slow. Super gross. A Wendy’s that cannot cook chicken???
Regularly out of items.
Staff is rude and seems like they just don’t care.

Normally I wouldn’t review a fast food restaurant, but this one stands out. I recieved terrible – extremely slow and unfriendly – service. Waited 15m for a spicy chicken combo with minimal line at a reasonable hour (~7pm).
A couple of months later, I wanted to pick up something quick before driving to NC. As I live off of Boones Creek Road and was heading onto I-​26, I gave it another chance, this time with the drive-​thru. Same experience. One of the worst-​run fast food restaurants I can recall having the misfortune of encountering. I actively avoid this restaurant and suggest you do the same.

If you want to wait a very long time for your food, then come to this Wendy’s. The first time I came here. I had ordered a few Baconators (about four), for a few of my friends. Had to wait about 30 minutes in the DRIVE-​THROUGH. When I got home. all of them were single patty cheese burgers. Was very upset. I complained about how much money I spend there. and they sent me some coupons. So I decided to give them a second chance. I went to Wendy’s the following month, and ordered the same thing. a Baconator. Of course, I had to wait very long time for it. When I came home. the burger was RAW. Very pink and cold. All the time I waited, and they could not even cook a patty. Embarrassing. I got a bit sick from it and complained. saying how dangerous that can be. The manager at the place said they would send free coupons. but I haven’t received anything. Will not be going to this place ever again.
