Enchanting Cake

I wanted to share the cake that I got for Sophia’s 3^rd Birthday.
I was bummed when I found out that I couldn’t get my cake done at my beloved Laura’s cake because I called too close to the birthday (2 days prior) so I found a post at a Facebook page about this bakery. Now, anyone that knows me, know that I am usually very skeptical about ordering from places that have no online reviews and because I have been burned way so many times on Facebook, Craigslist, eBay, etc (online shopping since 2000 lol) so I decided to take a chance and order from Enchanting Cake here in Rhode Island (Laura is in Massachusetts but I have been ordering for years, yes, is that serious lol) but I was soooooo scared that I might get burned that I ask her if she could have my cake done by 10:00am (just in case, I could still order a cake from Sams Club or something) and I ordered 30 cupcakes from Stop & Shop. Now, it wasn’t the non-​refundable deposit I was scared of not getting back, it was not having a cake.
When I went to pick my cake up on Sunday morning I was so pleasantly surprised. The cake was beautiful, the pictures don’t make it justice, it was what I asked and more, it had gorgeous edible flowers, little glitter that looked like rain mist, and her cursive was on point. The cake was very good, the strawberry filling I requested was delicious, the price for the cake was unbelievably nice and every request that I had was fulfilled plus more.
The owner was very pleasant and patience (since I was a bit of a mom-​zilla) and and I just cannot recommend this local bakery enough.
Thank you Melissa for a very pleasant surprise. I will certainly look forward to getting cakes for my future events.

Enchanting Cake is the best! The cupcakes are delicious! You have to check out her cakes they are amazing. They are both absolutely beautiful and taste delicious. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.
