WORST! RUDE and aggressive. Gave my wife a nail fungal ¹²⁄₂₀₁₅ in which she had to have surgery to remove an infected nail! This is the ONLY place she went to for over a year

I’ve been looking for a new nail salon for a very long time and I discovered this one last Saturday since its 2 minutes away from my house. I went in at 6pm and my nails were done by 6:38pm. I didn’t have to sit around and wait which was amazing. The gentleman who did my nails did such a great job making sure he did not ruin my nails while removing the gel nail polish base and coat. The salon looked beautiful and I do plan on going back for a mani and pedi soon.

The salon has been done over and is very clean. I have had gel manis and pedicures.

I decided to give this place another shot since it is the most convenient to my house, and they definitely redeemed themselves today. The girl I got was amazing, loooooved my massage.

I’ve been to this place three times. The first time, I got a manicure with the OPI Axxium gel nail polish and it was great. The polish lasted about 2.5 weeks, and my nails were shaped beautifully.
The second time I went I get a re-​do of the same manicure, and the paint job was horrible.
The third (and what will be my last time going there) I decided to go with gel nails. The girl proceeded to prep my nails for acrylics and right as she got the acrylic powder out I said «No, I want gels» and she said «Oh yeah I knew that» and then put the gel on. I’m not convinced my nails were prepped properly as it’s been less than a week and EACH nail has chipped (not just a paint chip, literally the gel is falling off). Of course, they had no qualms charging me $ 50 for the full set.
I’m debating calling them up, but I know that more than likely I will not reimbursed and they will simply offer to re-​do them. At this point, I’m so sick of this place doing a shoddy job. It’s just not worth it.
