The absolute worst eggs benedict in the state of Rhode Island belongs to this restaurant. The crab cakes were not edible. They have a table right outside the bathroom door, not very inviting. Service was mediocre

I enjoyed my breakfast. Missed a star for giving my hubby home fries when he ordered hashbrowns.

I love going here for lunch. My parents used to go here frequently. Now I take my grandchildren there for lunch. Food is yummy and the service is top-​notch! Highly recommend!

I have been dancing at the dance studio in the plaza for many years and had never came here. I came here for lunch today and had a hamburger and fries. Delish!

Dull Breakfast
This will be a short review. My wife and I went to breakfast and I ordered the 2.99 special. She ordered a breakfast sandwich. The food had little taste, but how can I complain with a 3 dollar breakfast. My wife’s sandwich was dry and nothing special.
If your close by and want a quick breakfast, it’s not terrible, but nothing to have to drive too.
The service was very good. Attentive.

It was basic diner food. I was not overly impressed, but it was good for what it is. Quick service, decent food, and close to BJ’s where I had to go shop, so it fit the bill. I wouldn’t specifically drive there from Providence again, but if I was in Johnston again I would try the pancakes.

Friendly and attentive service. We had pancakes and a basic egg and home fries dish, nothing fancy but oh so well done. Can’t wait to come try out lunch.

Your basic diner. Solid breakfast with a few healthy options for those so inclined. Whole wheat pancakes were surprisingly light & fluffy. Coffee needs a little work, though.

This is always an enjoyable experience. They serve breakfast until close (2 pm). The waitstaff is super friendly. Coffee is bottomless and always refilled quickly. Its very clean in the restaurant and worthy of a visit.

What do I like best about The Lighthouse?
It is one of a very few restaurants that carry linguica. It can be served as a side with many of their dishes and is included in a few omelettes.
It is a very good breakfast place and I would recommend it to anyone.

The food is no good. The only good thing about this joint is service — all girls are sweet and awesome. Unfortunately they’re not enough to bring me back here on regular basis.

Being big fans of breakfast joints, a friend suggested hubby and I try out The Lighthouse Restaurant and we were glad we did! I ordered the Crab Cake Benedict and it was delicious! Lots of light, fluffy crab, egg and a wonderful Hollandaise sauce. My husband enjoyed his omelet and the service was great!
