Terrible!!! I purchased an Amazon Local deal for window cleaning. I contacted Window Genie to schedule service. I was told they had to come out and do an estimate. They told me they would email me an estimate in a week. They never emailed me an estimate i attempted to call them. They would say thay would send it out that day but it would never come. They don’t answer their phone and they don’t return calls. I got a refund from Amazon after a couple weeks of no response.
Don’t advertise if you don’t intend on taking care of your customers!!!
