They get no stars!!! Frank their sales associate lies to you about your service and how their 3rd party insurance works! I’ve been round and round with him about an AT&T issue we’ve had and when I asked for a manager he said they don’t have one?! What? No manager I highly doubt that! So I called the 611 on my phone to get a representative and no help there so I asked for a manager and he was a douche just like Frank was at the AT&T store in Louis Joliet mall. As of now I’m looking to take my business else where and tell AT&T to kiss it!!! Don’t do business at the Joliet Mall AT&T store! They are liars just to get the sale!!! Especially Frank!!!

I’m beginning to learn that as an AT&T customer you should just handle all business matters over the phone rather than go inside a store. Typical super slow service. This day in particular one of the reps at the door has customers signing in and lining up outside the store in the mall area. The rep said the store was too full. #GurlBye there were like 8 people in the store. No reason for us to be lined up outside the store. There were more AT&T employees in the store than customers so this whole ordeal was completely stupid. Just take a lot at the pic I posted. Three employees standing next to each other not helping anyone at all while we are standing outside the store looking stupid. I don’t ever remember having to deal with such bad In Store service when I was a T-Mobile customer. Maybe I will switch back!

Worst customer service ever! Very unprofessional staff. They do not care how old of a customer you are they just treat you like any one would at the drive thru window. We bought two iPhone 6 plus from them and spent almost $ 150 on accessories. One of the cases volume button were really hard to press, so I couldn’t use it. We called the store and were told that we can bring it back with in 30 days. When we went back to return or exchange within 30 days, they refused to help because they said return policy is 14 days. Instead of being apologetic and reasonable. They were aggressive towards me(a female) and very rude while talking to my husband. The employee kept lying and arguing with me that buttons can be pressed easily and there’s no problem, I clearly couldn’t press those buttons with my whole humanly power. I am very disappointed because we spent over two thousand dollars buying iPhone 6 pluses and accessories and I was treated so badly. We asked nothing but a good customer service.
