Burger King

Today was the 4^th time this place has messed up my single sandwich order in the drive thru. Not sure if it’s the cook or the window. Either way they have lost another customer

Worst service ever. I thought I was at a fast food restaurant. Geez I only get an hour for lunch.

Poor service the manager was really mean she make 4 mistakes on my order and when ill asked to get right she yelling on my.

What a sad excuse for a fast restaurant, even compared to other fast food restaurants.
I ordered a red velvet Oreo shake, and there was not a single Oreo inside of said shake. Does this place serve Whoppers without a patty? When they serve soft drinks, do they only give ice and leave out the soda? Do they serve chicken nuggets, hold the chicken?
If they were out of Oreos for the shake, for the love of God, tell the customer that! I would understand, having worked in fast food earlier in my life. I probably would’ve ordered something different and have been on my way. But, no, they served the shake without the Oreos hoping that I wouldn’t notice by the time I hopped on Interstate 80. But, no, Burger King got an email and I decided to write a review on Unilocal.There was no way this could’ve been a mistake. This was willful on part of the incompetent employees who work there.

The store on larkin across the street from kmart should be closed the most terrible stupid ignorant experience ever. got my order completely wrong took it back gave me another completely wrong order after I explained what was wrong with the first order once again WRONG!!! Try hiring some white people who actually care about the customer and there job. Plus I got a attitude from every employee f off b k!!!

I went through the drive through and ordered my food at 5:32pm on 3÷18÷15. When I got to the window and paid, I was asked to pull around to the front to wait. I waited for 15 minutes and noticed that several other cars were waiting too. An employee finally came out with my food and it was wrong. I had ordered 2 Big Kings, a double cheese burger and 2 orders of nuggets. He brought out 2 Big Fish. He returned to the store. I was tired of waiting and went in, where there were at least three other customers complaining about their wait. At this point, I looked at my receipt and noticed that I wasn’t charged the correct price for the two sandwiches I had ordered. The Big Kings are 2 for $ 5 but they had charged me full price. The drive through girl VERY rudely told me that I had to specifically ask for the 2 for $ 5 otherwise she charges full price. I told her that was ridiculous and I wanted a refund. She said that I’d have to speak to the manager. The manager was not apologetic at all. It was 6:10pm when I left. She gave me the difference in money and my food, which was EXTREMELY cold and disgusting by the time I got home. This is some of the WORST customer service I have ever had.

i went to this burger king… because chicken fries came out today. none of that crappy mcdonalds-​ified chicken nugget stuff! they were good.
got some fries. zesty sauce. bbq sauce, buffalo sauce… a strawberry smoothie (this tastes just like mcdonalds. that’s good.)

i was also with my mom. she ordred an orange freeze, which was on themenu. according to the kind staff behind the counter, there was no more orange freeze left. apparently itw as really popular, that does not surprise me, it sounded good. a nice woman employee said that it was because sumer was ending. this made me sort of sad and wistful for 2 onths ago when i told my friend that it was the longest daylight of the year… i eyed the oreo shake for a bit, then realized i was eating fries and chicken fries so i’d at least eat something wtith fruit .
⁵⁄₅ would come again. if i can find it ever.

This Burger King in my book is awesome for being open late night. Other than that it’s just a standard Burger King that happens to be located near both Joliet Junior College, and Hollywood Casino. The other night we stopped in on our way back to the Hollywood Casino hotel for some late night fare. The food was good, the service was fast, and the only downside is they gave us onion rings instead of the sweet potato fries we asked for. That being said the onion rings were SO yummy I actually sent my boyfriend back for more later.
